Frist of the staff was great very friendly, helpful, have nothing but the best to say about them.

Wall paper was ripped and not repaired well,
Furniture is old, worn , marked up, old honey oak type
Wall paper in bathroom was torn in a few places, not repaired...

Very clean hotel with a very rich feel and atmosphere! Rooms were beautiful, very clean, quiet sleep on SUPER comfy beds with the softest pillows I've ever experienced! We decided to order breakfast to our room - great choice! Food is fantastic and the service is just TOP notch! Very beautiful city views as well! SOOOO Romantic!

In a world of declining customer service especially in the travel industry, it was refreshing to arrive at this hotel. I was greeted by name and the staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed to replace what was missing due to the airline losing my luggage.

We stayed only one night but liked it so much we've booked to go back at a later date.
We actually got a great deal as part of a stay & play combination with the casino across the street. We've stayed at a number of downtown hotels and have to say this is one of the better ones.

Very nice friendly staff at the check in desk . The hotel is clean and the beds very comfortable . The only draw back was it happened to be St Patrick's day when we were there so there were some late night partiers that came in that woke us up in the middle of the night .
