What a beautiful and unique b&b. Lots of interesting nautical touches. View is amazing! Elaine and Stan are the innkeepers and they are wonderful people. Very friendly and giving folks. They took us out on their boat the last night we stayed there and we felt like we had known them for years. Fruit cup with breakfast was amazing! We... More

We loved our stay at Seawatch B & B with Elaine and Stan as hosts. The location is serene with a bay view; comfortable and clean accommodation. The weather was great. Breakfast was fantastic, and the warmth and friendliness of the hosts an added bonus. We enjoyed looking at Stan's collection of sea theme artifacts!

I imagine if spring had truly arrived this would have been an even better place to stay. We did enjoy some breaks in the weather and were able to enjoy the ships coming in and out of the harbour, a sit on the dock and some moments of sunshine across the water. We had three nights in this interesting location.... More

This is a very nice, comfortable place to stay. We stayed here in Sept 2013. Great accommodation-we had the double room-had a nice balcony with table and chairs to gaze out on the water, or stretch out on a chair on the deck and watch the ocean liners travel to and from Halifax. We had a choice of breakfast menu... More

I'm not a fan of B&B's, I'm a late night person and prefer my privacy. We stayed one night in the captains quarters and it was very nice. Private entrance and bath gave it the privacy of a mom and pop motel with quality furnishings and amenities of a B&B. Very clean and comfortable. Located on a semi-secluded road by... More

We stayed in the 'captain's quarters' room which was decorated in a nautical theme and had a view of the ocean. This room also had a private bath and deck. There was no beach, but you could still get down to the water. This B&B also has its own private dock and lounging area on the water! The breakfast was... More

Great hosts! and very helpful. Lots of local knowledge. The decor is so "salty" (ship's wheels, historical memorabilia, etc), you feel as if you are on a Caribbean island with a ship's crew. Breakfast on the deck and beautiful sunsets/sunrises complete the picture. We stayed just 2 days - you need to stay more!.

We completed our 15 day Nova Scotia adventure with 3 days in Halifax. We could not have found a more perfect place for us. 15 minutes from the city , a fantastic view of the Port of Halifax, and easy drive to gorgeous Atlantic sea coast beaches and coves. The Sea Watch B&B was a great way to experience our... More

My mom and I stayed at the Sea Watch for 2 nights while travelling through Nova Scotia on a 10 night vacation, and it was the best place we stayed! We felt very welcome and comfortable. Elaine and Stan are wonderful people. The B&B is approximately 15 minutes from downtown, in a great location on the waterfront. We stayed in... More

This B&B is worth staying at just to see the decorations - on a nautical theme, they are wonderful and ubiquitous. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette in the room very handy including the small fridge. The view of the harbour (the arm? I think) is fantastic - Sea Watch is only about 40 feet from the water's edge! Breakfast... More
