I stayed at the Waverley Inn in the first week of May. I liked that the Waverley was in a central location, the staff were friendly. My room was small and dark though. The breakfast was good but there could be more choices available. Other than that my stay was great. more

Don't let the website mislead you, this place is far too expensive for what you get. Only a few of the rooms have enough daylight and the rooms just aren't clean. Unlikely charm in this Victorian inn a few blocks from downtown Halifax. Unfailingly helpful and friendly staff, free and convenient parking, a breakfast buffet--nothing special but nice to have.
