We stayed in Digby just for a night and asked the manager for a room. He told us that had only one free in the dependance at the marina. Though we hadn't seen the accommodation, we trusted him and weren't disappointed. We got a very nice and well stuffed room in the marine center of Digby. Water Street is an... More

The motel was very cute & very clean with very nice staff. However, the double bed was very short and I'm only 5'4"! You can only imagine how my 6'1" husband felt. It was very uncomfortable. Unfortunately the next morning it felt as though we had both slept on the ground.

We stopped in Digby for an overnight before our whale watching tour. Reception was rude and made us feel like we were interrupting by asking for a room. There were no cottage rooms left and we were encouraged to try their downtown location above the store which was described as an "upgrade" for $10.00 more, which we originally agreed to... More

Decided to stay in Digby as we were catching the ferry the next morning. The Seawinds was cute and had vacancy so we stopped in. The staff was very accommodating to our special requests and the cottage was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the beds were a small "full". The view was a bonus :)

Great little motel right on the edge of downtown. Very clean and well kept and we even had kitchen. Awesome view of the harbour as well. If we had the time we would have stayed longer. We thoroughly enjoyed Digby and this motel was ideal for our stay.

These cabin like rooms are conveniently located just as you arrive into Digby - walking distance to all the restaurants, pubs, etc - beautiful view of the Bay of Fundy & fleet of scallop & fishing boats tied up to the wharf - cool to see the tides come in & out - room was very clean - outdated bedspreads,... My sister and I stayed at the location above the store and had a bit of a view in the morning. Our room was priced just right and we had clean comfortable beds and we were right down town. This room also had a fridge and a microwave. It was perfect for our quick night away!

We stayed in the rooms over the gift shop facing the road. You could hear the road noise, but we turned the a/c fan on and it was perfect. The rooms had everything you could want. The room was new and very clean. Beds and pillows were good. The owner put a lot of thought and effort in our room.... More

Affordable price and room was clean and comfortable. Free wifi worked great which is not always the case with many motels. Short walk to the ocean with nice views. Short walk also to restaurants and stores. Service was great. Needed batteries for tv remote and the lady had them for me in minutes.

The company does lots of advertising and the main property sounds enticing - but 'the apartments' just don't measure up - especially #13. With an 8 a.m. sailing, we wanted a room at Digby and booked this on the phone - didn't understand the second rate nature of what we were getting. Given what we received, the rate was pretty...
