We stayed here for just one night. Last room available was room #7 on the 3rd floor with the bathroom across the hall. I have never seen a bathroom so CLEAN! It was not a big deal to run across the hall as robes were provided and we didn't seen anyone. The ceiling was low on the one side of... More

Very comfortable inn but we were on the top floor with big cases and steep stairs. Helpfully provided with towelling robes to cross the landing to our private bathroom, but we had to duck round the attic window - might have been a better room for children than us oldies. Good breakfast, and easy to find excellent places to walk... More

We stayed one night on our way from Cape Breton to Fundy Highlands. The inn is conveniently located in downtown Antigonish with several restaurants within walking distance. We had room 11 which was on the main floor, so, we could hear breakfast preparations (although it didn't bother us). There were several options to select from for breakfast. We had blueberry... More

We stayed one night at the Antigonish Inn. It appeared to be a lovely building. We were in one of the apartments in back. The layout was not great. The bedroom was on one side of the apartment with the bathroom in the middle and the living room/kitchen on the other side. The A/C unit was in the living room... More

My wife and I spent one night here in transit for Cape Breton. We arrived late afternoon and were welcomed promptly and shown to our room, called the Library just off the main entry verandah with its own entrance separate to the front door of the Inn. The room was comfortable, quaint, nicely furnished but lacked a dresser or wardrobe.... More

Right on the main street in Antigonish, this Inn is conveniently located. We walked to dinner at the opposite end of town. The room was clean, but very warm when we arrived. The window unit air conditioner had managed to cool the room sufficiently by the time we returned from dinner so that it was comfortable for sleeping. The bathroom... More

Great service. Rooms were excellent and very clean. The breakfast was amazing!! Hot breakfast menu, must try the blueberry waffles. Our particular washroom was private but across the hall and we were provided the most plush bathrobes to make the trek so no inconvenience to us! We dropped by without a reso and we're provided amazing service by the hostess...... More

Comfy bed, odd bathroom, low water pressure which took forever to get hot, good breakfast, good location. Nothing spectacular, but perfectly fine for a good night's rest and good breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect. The Victorian home was sparkling clean and very comfortable. Theodora greeted us and gave us recommendations for dinner. Our breakfast was fantastic. It started with a perfect cup of coffee. There was a 1/2 dozen menu options, we opted for whole grain blueberry waffles. They came with bacon and fresh fruit. I would definitely recommend to friends... More

Shared room 6 at the top of this 3 story victorian home with a friend (queen and twin beds). Spacious, lovely decor and comfortable beds. Walk in closet and beautiful elegant modern private bathroom adjoining the room. The breakfasts were the best anywhere and I'm quite a foodie. Local produce, homemade jam, local honey and the best bacon ever, cooked... More
