My husband and 9 yr old son got there the day before attending hockey camp, the room was supposed to be ready at 3pm, it was not ready until 5pm. (They took my visa over the phone, booked it for 5 nights) Me, my 14 yr old and 4 month old daughters could not go there until the next day... more
My son and I had initially booked the Victoria Inn for a hockey camp stay of 3 nights. The Victoria Inn had not returned calls, and mixed up a booking and were ....well lets say....not all that interested in our business or willing to correct their mistakes. Not overly friendly ...sooooo....we changed our accomodations ... We ended up at this... more
We stayed on a women's hockey provincial tournament and the service was great. They were attentive, friendly and it seemed like really wanted to take care of us and our needs without hesitation at all. Every time we approached a staff member- frontdesk, housekeeping,maitenance- they greeted us with a smile! The rooms were nice as well. We had a discussion... more
