I traveled through this area of Nova Scotia and decided to stay at this property based on a recommendation from someone in Halifax. I was really impressed with the room, it had amenities and decor that I would expect from a downtown high end property. My room was very well appointed and extremely comfortable, the bed was fantastic and I... More

We have been on the road for 16 weeks and these are the worst beds EVER! Seriously, we had to take meds for days from these hard, board hard, beds. We had to move heavy furniture to get to electrical outlets to charge the phones. Oh yeah, the coffee wasn't good either. Skip this one.

Brenda As owners we are absolutely devastated that you had such a horrible experience. I spoke with our staff and we are trying to figure why this happened – we have just upgraded new mattress in some rooms and sorry we could not found more comfortable beds for you. I would hope that anyone staying would let our front desk... More

We stayed here August 17th with our friends and 3 kids. This hotel is beautiful and clean. The views are breathtaking! Not to mention the new salt water pool which was 90 degrees......perfect after a day at upper clements which is 5 mins up the road. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast offered in the am was... More

We stayed at the beautiful country motel in Aug/13. This place was just outside of Annapolis Royal. We arrived late and had no problem with a late check in. The staff was ever so helpful and accommodating. We ended up staying two nights. The motel didn't have a suite but did offer a room that had unlimited access to the... More

Stayed here for two nights .. July 8th and 9th. Outside of Inn is very nice, however rooms need some serious updating which I think they were working on. We had to turn our mattresses over to flatten them out. Inn is not within walking distance of anything ... It is actually quite a ways down Highway 1. At first... More

Stayed here July 7 for one night. Clean room in nice inn. Outside pool is being constructed, but was not completed at time of visit. Indoor hot-tub and sauna, but sauna was not working. Basic self-serve continental breakfast. Very close to Upper Clements and downtown Annapolis Royal. Overall, good place to stay.

We spent two nights at the Inn with our two children. The first thing that hit me when getting out of the car was the view of the North Mountains and the Annapolis Basin. Truly breathtaking!! We did a little exploring and discovered a great deck of the breakfast room overlooking the manicured grounds and the Ducks Unlimited protected marsh,... More

Still don't know why motels want to call themselves inns, but anyway -- very well kept grounds, large room with the normal furnishings, comfortable bed. Someone had unplugged the cable modem making the tv unusable -- between me and the front desk person we finally got it to work, sort of, but I wasn't there to watch tv anyway. A... More

I think I've reviewed this motel before. If your in the area it's a great place to over-nite and for you folks, like us "it's pet friendly". What I wanted to let potennial clients know is that they have just installed a beautiful in-ground swimming pool. So if your in the area check in; I'm sure you'll like what the... More

The price is a little high at $90+ after taxes for the off-season. But maybe that's because I'm from the U.S where lodging is more reasonable. Everything seems to work quite well. Except that there are limited T.V channels and the wi-fi keeps kicking me off. Unless you enjoy the touristy downtown, you will probably find better values down river.
