Having visited Victoria's Historic Inn many times over the last 2 decades, I was pleased to see the high standard has remained consistent as owners have changed. As a former travel writer, I wrote a book on romantic getaways in Atlantic Canada and beyond and Victoria's Historic Inn was chosen for the cover photo. It still has a very welcoming... More

Went away with my daughters and my good long time friend. We all found our rooms a good size but both my daughters are tall and found the single beds a little small . Overall we had a fun stay . The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was terrific. Excellent and helpful staff. Thank-you for a great stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. The room and incidentals were perfect. Of course, the building is delightful and well decorated for the atmosphere. Breakfast was jolly good too! The location allows for a short walk to the places in Wolfville.

I stayed at VHI for one week while teaching at Acadia. Noel and the staff were very warm and accommodating, the Inn absolutely charming and the value was outstanding. And what a breakfast! I'll definitely be returning!

Visited in June 2013. Husband and I booked our first night on the island here and wished we had planned to stay longer. Lovely antiques in a beautifully restored, tastefully decorated home. The ambiance was peaceful, clean and simply romantic. We ate dinner in their dining room and the chef came out to greet us and suggested a couple dinner... More

I have stayed twice at the Victoria's Inn and both times was a delight! Lovely rooms well decorated and appointed with period pieces and little luxuries. The innkeeper, Noel, is very friendly and helpful. And the breakfasts!! Fluffy pancakes, crisp on the outside, thick French toast grilled to perfection, local maple syrup and juices, fruit, delicious coffee. The first stay... More

I visited my son who goes to Acadia University and needed to stay in a hotel that is close by his school. VHI is just 2 minutes walk to the University; so it was very convenient for me and my son. I knew it was going to be a very nice experience from the moment I made reservations by phone.... More

The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere was tranquil. We enjoyed a delightful stay in the executive suite and butler's quarters. I'll certainly go back if/when I return to Wolfville.
