We stayed here for a conference and could not have been happier with our choice. We were greeted at the door by our host who also escorted us to our room. The inn was incredibly quiet - despite the fact that it was full, it felt as though we were the only ones staying there. We had not only choice... More

Having stayed at a variety of B&B's, inns and hotel during our three week vacation through Eastern US and the Maritimes, we think this spot rose to the top. Nicely furnished bedroom, gorgeous house (particularly the sunroom), good multi-choice breakfast and terrific hospitality. Heather and Thomas are very warm and accommodating hosts who spent time with all their guests. We... More

Some previous reviewers have commented on the old, somewhat dated and "in need of maintenance" aspects of this B&B which I would have to agree with --- at least judging by the carriage house room we had, which was clean but awkward, and did have a slight odour of mildew. But I have no doubt that the current owners are... More

We stayed here our first night in Nova Scotia and made the effort to stay here again our last night. An 1877 Victorian converted to a wonderful B and B. Clean, comfortable rooms, very helpful hosts, and a terrific breakfast. Homemade whipped yogurt with maple syrup, eggs, bacon or sausage, and the most wonderful homemade jam. Off street parking and... More

Fresh cookies at the door and a warm welcome. After driving all day, what more could you ask for?! The owners were very knowledgeable on the various routes to take on our road trip - which ways were more scenic and which ways were the quickest, depending on our mood. They had many suggestions for places for us to visit... More

This really is a find, lovely old house, some separate cottages, the hosts are lovely people and the breakfasts are to die for. Wolfville is very pretty little town with a university and some great pubs, it is surrounded by stunning countryside. Well worth a visit if you are in the Maritimes.

We stayed 4 nights with family members and everyone enjoyed the visit. The location is perfect within a short, pleasant walk to the centre of Wolfville with all it's attractions and restaurants. This period house is tastefully decorated to maintain it's character but upgraded with modern amenities. The only small complaint we had is the wall mounted air conditioning units... More

Four of us stayed in Room 7 (Carriage House). Overall, clean and comfortable, agreeably decorated with antiques, and well equipped. Not a lot of space to put your luggage, so maybe best to have an overnight bag only. Watch your step - there's a step going down from the bedroom to the ensuite bathroom that might be an issue for... This B&B had everything we need and was quite satisfactory in every way. The owners do a very nice job with breakfast and are as friendly as can be. We really enjoyed our brief stay. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it looked very nice.

We've stayed in many of the local inns in wolfville and this one is the best! The owners are lovely, the inn is beautiful and our room was very clean (we stayed in room 5). Breakfast was delicious and was made to order. I would highly recommend the Tattingstone Inn!
