Friends highly recommended this inn, and they have yet to steer us wrong. Everything was exactly as we had hoped, from the lovely old inn itself to the impressively helpful and friendly staff. When you stay here (and you should) prepare to walk around the grounds and take pictures of the lush gardens. It gave me way too many ideas... More

This was our second time to the Blomidon Inn, but the first to stay for the night. You know the food is good when you remember the meal from the last time your were in Wolfville 18 years earlier. We stumbled on it that time, we made sure we came back this time. The food was as good as we... More

Beautiful old manor house, situated in the pretty town of Wolfville with a colonial-era feel. Full of character (four-poster beds etc) and food excellent too (chef is a member of the family who own/run the business). Not cheap but good value if you fancy treating yourself. Staff also very friendly.

My wife and I always look forward to returning here! We've been five times and have never been disappointed. The food and service are very good and personable, the atmosphere quaint and quiet. We will be back!

We have been here several times and love it. This time, upon arrival, we were given the choice of 2 rooms (one being a newly made suite comprising two former rooms ) and so we jumped on that. Very nice, comfy bed and a terrific sitting area. The extra space really made a difference. It's located on the first floor... More

There probably isn't much I can say about the Blomidon that hasn't been said. I'll just relate my recent experience. First, the staff remembered my name although I had only stayed one previous time. Second, and this his hard to explain, I just feel comfortable there. I have been traveling a lot lately all over North America and this place... More

I visited the Blomidon Inn on a work trip for one evening. Myself and my co-worker arrived to a friendly greeting by the manager (he even knew our names!) and were informed that we had been upgraded to superior rooms even though we just booked "regular" rooms. He asked if we needed a dinner reservation or anything else. I was... More

A week-end business meeting for my spouse, but a get-away relaxing week-end for me. This Inn, is not large, so it is very cosy. The rooms are beautifully and efficiently decorated. Ideally located in the town of Wolfville and walking distance to many attractions, including Acadia University. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to... More
