Ideally located in the downtown, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and the price is right. The rooms are a little stuffy, so you might want to use the fan or open the door to get a breeze. If I come back to Yellowknife, I will definitely stay here again.

I was looking for a reasonable priced room in Yellowknife and found this hotel on Expedia for $90. It seems the hotel has been completely renovated. Everything is in good shape, it's clean tidy and functional. My room had a kitchenette, which I didn't use but would have been nice for a longer trip. Hotel staff was excellent. They gave... More

Have been to this place before and with all the new changes what a difference. The staff is very friendly and helpful .After my last visit ,this was very refreshing .The total environment is now safe and peaceful and the renovations are more than pleasant surprise. It's no longer the party place that was once before. I highly recommend this place... More

The rooms aren't bad. For $135 you would expect more, but its not terrible. The problem is that it is downtown, and there is a lot of careless people here. Very loud people. It's clear that there is shady drug dealing in the motel. I recomend paying a lot more money for a nice hotel. At least you'll be comfortable,... More

i found that the location for the price of lodging in Yellowknife to be just what my wife and I were looking for. We had a very basic room; it was very clean and cozy. I particularly liked the security between the hours of 23:00, and 07:00. When we arrived the staff were more than polite and very accomidating. We... More

As in the place attracted some fairly rough customers despite its 135 per night price tag, which I might ad doesn't give you much in the way of a room. There was a lot of loud partying going on over the weekend I was there. It was so bad the manager had to intervene twice in one night. I got... More

I spent 2 1/2 weeks here. The accomodations were adequate, however the "non-smoking" room had been smoked in, so all my clothes constantly smelled of cigarette smoke. The "smoking" room I endured the first night, before insisting on a change, was not fit for human habitation. A more serious problem occured when I checked out to find that the management... More
