Nice hotel, even during renovations. Restaurant needs work. Not opened during posted hours and server doesn't know how to smile.

Internet only works if you have sahw. rooms are noisey (can hear you neighbour beside and above you). resteraunt is OK but super slow service. Rooms are clean m.aid service is good. no rental car service Stinks of cigarette smoke in hallways and elevator.

On business in Yellowknife. Booked hotel weeks in advance. On arrival found out that the hotels internet service has not been working for three weeks. Hotel did not advise. Just very bad service. Not to mention no hot water in the shower when it's minus 26 degrees. Donlt stay here!
