We stayed 4 nights in total, Room 505 for 2 nights and Room 1305 for 2 nights. We really do not want to move upstairs but the hotel was full and no room available for 4 nights. Both rooms facing the lake and basically got the same facilities. We could see the vaguely aurora from our balcony. Every morning we... More

The suite was very spacious, with kitchen, dining area, living room and a separate bedroom with its own tv. We felt we could breathe in this room. Plenty of drawers and shelves and closets to put away our stuff. Would feel very at home if stayed for a week. The view from our balcony looked very lovely with the autumn... More

All our out of town guests stay here. Tea and coffee selections available in the lobby are a great touch. All the staff we've met seem to personally care about their guests' happiness. Rooms are huge. The park across the street was really helpful with little ones!

We were six people in a 2 bedroom suite and had plenty of room. There was a small kitchen fairly well equipped, free wifi and parking and easy walking distance to the center of town and many restaurants. It was a good base for us as we explored hiking trails and the northern lights which webcast from our balcony.

We have 5 people live in two rooms and one sofa bed in the living room with a kitchen and a washroom. The location is good but no shuttle bus from airport to hotel but this not a big deal. Front desk is nice and easygoing. Always provide starbucks coffee with milk and hot tea whole day. This very important... More

This the best place to stay in Yellowknife. The suites were huge, much bigger than we needed. The beds were comfy. Not as clean as I would have liked. There was a layer of dust behind the tv and the kitchen floor was in need of a mopping. Price is kind of high, but from what I saw of the... More

Absolutely HUGE rooms. It has a living room, kitchen and living room. The young man at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. He obviously loved his town and went out of his way to tell me all of the really cool things I should go and see. The breakfast is a continental breakfast but was pretty underwhelming. There's not too... More

This was our first trip to YK to visit family. We travelled with our one year old son who got sick. Emergency room sick. The staff went so far above and beyond in helping and supporting us that I was floored. Truly impressive. The woman behind the desk with a long brown ponytail (I'm so sorry I don't know your... More

Room was massive complete with kitchen, dining area, living room and separate bedroom with its own tv. Was a little outdated but extremely clean. One big issue was no air conditioning complete with 34 celsius, high humidity and thick wildife smoke made for a stale/hot and muggy stay. Not typical yellowknife weather though so not sure how often you'd really... More

I stayed here for two weeks on a business trip. My apartment was clean and well appointed. The front desk help was outstanding. The only downside is you are at the mercy of your neighbors consideration or lack thereof. Screaming kids, running in the halls, chairs being dragged across floors. But that happens in other hotels too. As far as... More
