I was staying at Bell's Boutique, just a few blocks away, but they couldn't accomodate me for my entire St. John's stay, so I moved to the Narrows for my last 2 nights in St. John's. My husband and I ended up at The Narrows after finding everything in town full and we were very pleasantly surprised. The Narrows is right in the middle of downtown, convenient to everything with parking available right in front of the house. We don't stay in many b & b's because we prefer private bathrooms, at least a queen bed... more
We spent an entire week at the Narrows B&B and had a wonderful time. The staff were warm and friendly and very accommodating to our needs, quite honestly going above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. Stayed at this B&B for 2 nights in September. The rooms were nice enough but we stayed on the weekend and the breakfast was horrible. All they served was coffee and toast and didn't even provide jam for the toast. We had a party of seven and no one was impressed. more
