We actually stayed at the Banberry B & B which is right beside Parkhouse and run by the same people. Both B & B's were beautiful and the service was excellent. There was lots of character, rooms were very nicely decorated. Breakfast was beautiful and served in the PArkhouse B&B. PResentation was excellent and there was lots of food, fruit... more

The Park Inn House fully deserves previous positive write ups. This is a fabulous B&B. Lovely rooms finished to a high standard. The owners are just fantastic. Wonderful cooked breakfasts with delicious coffee. Centrally located, you are only a five minute walk from downtown St Johns. The convention centre and big brand hotels are all within walking distance. If you... more

I stayed at Park House for a few nights this summer while visiting the beautiful city of St. John's. I am a frequent traveller and I always stay at B&B's. Park House was exceptional in everyway. The owners treat all guests with respect and professionalism while still maintaining that newfoundland hospitality and friendliness that we hear so much about. Eileen... more

We stayed at Park House for three nights. It was truly an enjoyable accomodation. Danny (and all his staff) are very welcoming, warm, friendly hosts that makes you feel so at home. We felt very relaxed and comfortable there. It is immaculately clean and stunningly decorated in rich wood accents. I would enthusiastically recommend this B & B to anyone... more

This is a beautiful old home, once a residence of a Prime Minister. The rooms are wonderfully restored with old fireplaces and period furniture. Plus, there are modern touches such as flat screen TV ,wine coolers and jetted soaker tubs. The location is ideal, and within just a couple of blocks from shopping and the excellent museum The Rooms. Our... more

This B&B was a charming three story house built in the 50’s. The upstairs bedrooms require climbing a beautiful curved staircase. Each room is spacious and very well decorated. They even have air conditioning on those rare days it warms up. Breakfast is served in a large dining room with white linens and china. The host was very friendly and... more

This was our third stay at the Park House Inn. Right from the very first time we stayed we felt very welcome and at home. The historic house is very well maintained and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Stairs to the third floor are a bit steep but not a problem. Breakfast is always a treat with different hot... more

We booked quite a ways ahead for this B and B. Apparently, two days before we were to arrive, they discovered they had overbooked by 4! We were one of the ones bumped to another B and B. Fortunately I checked voice mail messages to find this out. Turns out, this B and B is on a busy street and... more

My husband and I stayed the first three days of our Newfound land trip at the Parkhouse Inn. This charming inn is a real little 'hidden gem' in the heart of St John's. It is within walking distance of all the major attractions and the inn itself is kept immaculate by its owners Eileen and Danny. From the moment you... more
