The staff were very friendly,humourous and helpful.We had a room on fourth floor for 3 nights and the 1st floor for the remaining 3 nights,both rooms were clean and well stocked up.Beds were cosy and the rooms colouring left you with a warm feeling. Swimming pool is good for young kids, but we found water way too cold both times we stayed. Rooms are great, have everything you need. Nothing luxurious, but excellent for smallewr kids because you don't feel like they might break something :)

Very friendly and welcoming staff. A great place to stay, especially if you have children and pets. Love the fact that they have a proper footwear and attire sign clearly displayed in their breakfast area, as everyone should be respectful enough to dress properly when in a general eating area and it's unfortunate that some neglect to notice this sign... Super 8 NOT SO SUPER!! I'll never stay there again. Very disappointed. Rude staff, over-chlorinated waterslide pool (breathing seemingly unhealthy fumes), not enough parking, cold morning shower and housekeeping staff start to vacuum at 8:30 or 9:00am. The overall atmosphere was fantastic! The staff was EXCELLENT! Very friendly and willing to assist! The hotel and hotel room was extremely clean. Staff had advised us of the new non smoking declaration and about their recent upgrades. Such as all new beds, duvets, pillows, flat screens and everything all freshly painted! FANTASTIC STAY. Will def. be visiting again! :)

I stayed for 14 nights and had a very positive experience. The facilities are simple but clean and well maintained. Without exception, each staff member made my stay more pleasant. The hotel is very conveniently located to airport and major shopping, which for this trip was important.

I have absolutely no complaints about the rooms. For the price you pay, it is what would be expected. They were very clean. We booked a night here so the children could enjoy the pool and waterslide.
