This hotel is very conveniently located near major shopping centres, and business centres. The staff are exceptional. We found the food at the restaurant very good. The staff at the restaurant and front desk have worked there a long time and remember their customers. The rooms were always clean.

Was here for a conference. Screwed up my booking and then spent the 2 nights in a room next to the squeeky grinding elevator... Restaurant was good - a good place to go. Especially for breakfast. The location etc, however, is unremarkable and pretty much "away" from most interesting parts of the city.

The check-in service, the housekeeping service and the restaurant were all ok -- good and solid with no surprises (good or bad). However, they seem to try to compete price-wise with downtown hotels and they are simply not in that category; decent, thicker towels and better quality bedding would go a long way -- their 'frugality' shows.
