The Balmoral is a four room inn, conveniently located near the St. John's harbor. The accommodations are charming and very comfortable. Stayed a week at the Balmoral, and we were very satisfied ! We stayed in the lower kitchen apartment - -private entrance -quiet -fully equipped kitchen - reasonably priced. Bed and breakfast without the breakfast. Sorry but I do not consider cornflakes and toast to be a meal. The room was clean and warm but small. No internet access, but if you are willing to accept a slow connection you can just about use the WIFI network of the (cheaper) Abba Inn next door. I don't like being told... more
