We were welcomed by our hosts as we arrived latish on Saturday night. Jim and Carl were so welcoming. They were catering a dinner downstairs and stopped to make us feel welcome...and help us find a nearby restaurant. They also made sure we had an easy place to park just off the street. We had several conversations during our stay...and... More

This lovely, 1902 Bed & Breakfast was a great find. Hosts, Carl and Jim, were warm and inviting to us. They reside in the house along with their guests and available most of the time. Breakfast is cooked by the hosts and different each morning. Our bed and room was comfortable and spacious. The Inn was very clean and close... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Mahogany Manor in Saint John, NB. Our hosts, Carl and Jim, were so helpful with local information. We prefer to walk everywhere, within reason, in a new town (for us). We were able to do this with ease due to the good location of the B&B. The building is beautiful in most every... More

Spent one night here recently before traveling on to Grand Manan. Wish I could have stayed longer! The B&B is beautifully furnished with antiques and is located on a historic street in uptown Saint John within walking distance of several good pubs and restaurants. The owners are the definition of hospitality and prepare a simply wonderful breakfast. The B&B is... More

A beautifully decorated and well-kept house, warm and friendly welcome, cosy bedroom, access to a nice garden, to several sitting rooms, lots of attention and information about what to do in St John, good breakfast. Nothing negative to say

This was a layover stop for us and we didn't have many expectations. We were so surprised. What a lovely home and the hosts, Jim and Carl, were wonderful. Our breakfast was healthy and fresh with real blueberries and very good coffee. The room was well appointed and we had our own bathroom which was spotless. I would highly recommend... More

We spent one very nice night and Mahogany Manor and enjoyed it very much. Carl and Jim are very helpful with info on where to eat and drink. They had a map with walking tour of Saint John that was very nice. Everything was very clean , breakfast was good. Thank you Jim and Car

We made a family trip to the Maritimes that we had been talking about for years. We started off in Saint John and stayed at the Mahogany Manor B&B because we love old historic homes. The inn is very well cared for, very relaxing. Carl and Jim were helpful, funny and good chefs to boot. It is close to everything... More

We have stayed here several times on our way to or from Prince Edward Island. Our recent visit was very enjoyable. Mahogany manor is a lovely old home about a 5-10 minute walk to the center of Saint John. There is an elegant parlor and sunroom on the first floor and a very comfortable TV room on the second floor... More

We stayed at Mahogany Manor twice, once on our way out and once on our way back. Carl and Jim are wonderful, gracious hosts. They prepare wonderful breakfasts and tell great stories. Our fellow guests were interesting and friendly, making breakfast very enjoyable. After our second stay, my wife left her jewelry bag in the room, and when she realized... More
