I stayed here for 2 bights whilst working in Saint John. This is one of the most pleasant bed and breakfast establishments I've stayed in and I've stayed in a few!! My room was beautifully clad and the bed so comfortable that i had the best night's sleep for a long time. Breakfast was different - beautiful fruit, coffee, muffins and... More

This was our first B&B on our trip to Nova Scotia Just a few blocks from the Ferry. SUCH a lovely Inn and owners! We only had one night but the owners help us make the most of our quick visit, giving us directions(walking distance) to the BEST lobster roll on our 3 week trip! then to the fresh market!... More

We were welcomed by our hosts as we arrived latish on Saturday night. Jim and Carl were so welcoming. They were catering a dinner downstairs and stopped to make us feel welcome...and help us find a nearby restaurant. They also made sure we had an easy place to park just off the street. We had several conversations during our stay...and... More

This lovely, 1902 Bed & Breakfast was a great find. Hosts, Carl and Jim, were warm and inviting to us. They reside in the house along with their guests and available most of the time. Breakfast is cooked by the hosts and different each morning. Our bed and room was comfortable and spacious. The Inn was very clean and close... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Mahogany Manor in Saint John, NB. Our hosts, Carl and Jim, were so helpful with local information. We prefer to walk everywhere, within reason, in a new town (for us). We were able to do this with ease due to the good location of the B&B. The building is beautiful in most every... More

Spent one night here recently before traveling on to Grand Manan. Wish I could have stayed longer! The B&B is beautifully furnished with antiques and is located on a historic street in uptown Saint John within walking distance of several good pubs and restaurants. The owners are the definition of hospitality and prepare a simply wonderful breakfast. The B&B is... More

A beautifully decorated and well-kept house, warm and friendly welcome, cosy bedroom, access to a nice garden, to several sitting rooms, lots of attention and information about what to do in St John, good breakfast. Nothing negative to say

This was a layover stop for us and we didn't have many expectations. We were so surprised. What a lovely home and the hosts, Jim and Carl, were wonderful. Our breakfast was healthy and fresh with real blueberries and very good coffee. The room was well appointed and we had our own bathroom which was spotless. I would highly recommend... More

We spent one very nice night and Mahogany Manor and enjoyed it very much. Carl and Jim are very helpful with info on where to eat and drink. They had a map with walking tour of Saint John that was very nice. Everything was very clean , breakfast was good. Thank you Jim and Car

We made a family trip to the Maritimes that we had been talking about for years. We started off in Saint John and stayed at the Mahogany Manor B&B because we love old historic homes. The inn is very well cared for, very relaxing. Carl and Jim were helpful, funny and good chefs to boot. It is close to everything... More
