Stayed this past weekend, pleasure trip. Front desk staff, very pleasant. Harbour view was great. King bed room had a kitchenette (not all the dishes were clean) decor was so-so, not great, not awful. Bathroom was shabby. Had the opportunity to stay here over the easter weekend. We found that the price was good, and the view of SJ was fantastic. The staf at the HOJO was very friendly and curteous. We would visit again....

I recently stayed at the hojo saint john for 6 weeks and found that the staff was absolutely exceptional!!! While it was under some construction at the time, the staff was amazing!!!!

Out of any hotels I have stayed in, by far the best service by all staff. Probably the best value for your money in St. John. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are nice and clean. The hotel has a fitness room, swimming pool, and on-site restaurant that includes daily specials at reasonable prices.
