“Good hotel”

One of the advantages of staying frequently at Best Westerns is their rewards program. We used points to stay here, and were very happy. Nothing extraordinary, but perfectly adequate for our needs.

I previously submitted a review of this hotel April, 2011. One month later, I had to seek out accommodation in Saint John again. My husband had developed a sudden, critical, life threatening illness and needed emergency surgery in this city. I was travelling with a large dog to meet a friend who lives nearby. Saint John and area had a massive power outage just as I checked in and while they were not quite sure what to do they were very helpful. They even phoned restauarants in the area to be sure who was open and had still had electricity.... More
