We found this motel late at night right off the highway, crossing the Maritimes. We were welcomed and beautifully accommodated in an affordable, clean, quiet and amply large room for 4 weary travelers! The next morning the kind and thoughtful owners served us coffee and helped us plan to discover wonderful Sackville specialties - the amazing Waterfowl reserve, a gluten-free... More

The room was clean as well as quiet. There was a nice fridge and microwave along with strong functional wi-fi. The television had a good number of channels, there were two quality sinks and a decent shower. The beds were comfortable and efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a fine motel to stay at.

We had a party to go to in Sackville and so decided to stay at this hotel. It costs $80 with tax and so it is what it is. It was clean, basic and no frills. A friend at the party was staying at the Inn on the main drag and it was nicer with free breakfast. Perhaps check that... More

Bedbugs....that’s all. I feel awful ‘outing’ them like this, because the owners were SO lovely and helpful. But the bites and itching does not lie. I was in room 11, and unfortunately got chewed 2 nights in a row. The morning I left I found a bug and killed it. At least the room has one less bug after I... More

The owners were very friendly. However the noise in the banging pipes kept me from sleeping . My room wasn't the cleanest. Filthy carpet & uncleaned barthroom. The noise of the trains is loud but I realize that is beyond their control. Drawers in dresser were full of junk. However I am sure that after some minor renovations the place will be... More

We stayed in this motel about a month ago, and we still remember the owners of the motel. They were a very lovely couple, extremely friendly and welcoming and had a very cute dog. They offered us coffee and food, so we sat down for a while and had a good conversation. They seemed like a very friendly, interesting, and... More

We were forced to stay there on the way to PEI. We were driving for too long and pulled over at the first exit to get some rest. We should of known right away That the place wasn't up to standards not by looking at it (sometimes the looks are deceiving) but at the Terrible and rude service we got.... More

Odor in Room #3 was most unpleasant. We left the door open and ran a fan, but it did little to abate the bad odor. The bathroom was clean in spite of very aged fixtures. The shower temperature and pressure fluctuates. Our bathroom floor vibrated with the sound of shaking pipes in the evening. Not sure what caused this; we... More
