We stayed in this motel about a month ago, and we still remember the owners of the motel. They were a very lovely couple, extremely friendly and welcoming and had a very cute dog. They offered us coffee and food, so we sat down for a while and had a good conversation. They seemed like a very friendly, interesting, and... More

We were forced to stay there on the way to PEI. We were driving for too long and pulled over at the first exit to get some rest. We should of known right away That the place wasn't up to standards not by looking at it (sometimes the looks are deceiving) but at the Terrible and rude service we got.... More

Odor in Room #3 was most unpleasant. We left the door open and ran a fan, but it did little to abate the bad odor. The bathroom was clean in spite of very aged fixtures. The shower temperature and pressure fluctuates. Our bathroom floor vibrated with the sound of shaking pipes in the evening. Not sure what caused this; we... More

The second we opened the door to our room we were hit with a disgusting musty and urine smell. After airing the room out for hours the smell still had not diminished. The whole place had a dingy feel to it - the furniture, carpet, fridge, bathroom...everything! The towels in the washroom looked like they had not been cleaned. There... More

If you are a traveler and looking for an affordable place to stay, this motel would be perfect. I stayed in the room where renovation was recently done. The room was big, clean and very quiet, the bed was VERY comfortable as well! I had the best sleep in my entire life so far. Definitely coming back to stay! P.S... More

I’ll start by saying the couple who own the motel are delightful. After leaving the front desk and entering our room, however, things went downhill fast. The furniture looked like it was from the 70s, but there’s nothing intrinsically wrong with that. The room did have a refrigerator and microwave and intermittent WiFi, but the heat came exclusively from a... More

We stayed here before and saw a number of improvements. The rooms have been rennovated with fresh paint and new flooring. The linens are fresh and clean and the toiletries are good and regularly replaced. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the motel looks like it is thriving. The owners plan to give the bathrooms a facelift next. One thing... More

Very nice, very clean room with queen bed, sofa, table and chairs, dresser, fridge and microwave. Bathroom could use updating, and we were provided with only one very tiny bar of soap - smaller than any I've ever seen. However, the shower pressure is so strong, you don't need much soap! Actually, for the low rates I have no complaints!
