We had a king size river view room, well worth the money ( $US140). Huge room, with a desk area, refrig, 2 wing chairs for relaxing, large bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Décor is rather dark and stodgy but not a problem for us, we don't need trendy décor for one night. Staff very accommodating and helpful with local... More

We stayed at the Chateau Moncton for one night and we will definitely be back. Good value for your money. Nice large and clean room (king size-bed) looking out on the Chocolate River. And what a nice hot breakfast they serve. When visiting Moncton and area this fall, or for a shopping experience, this is a great place to stay.... More

We stayed at the Chateau Moncton for 1 night before our flight out of Moncton. The hotel is located right on the river, a few long blocks from downtown, and free parking. The room we had was a 2 queen bed room. Spacious and clean. Sounds great but here are a few things that weren't that great: Parking lot was... More

This is an excellent place to stay. Ask for a riverview room and in the morning you can watch the tidal bore.Rooms are clean and spacious even comes wine glasses.Lovely boardwalk along the river at your door. Away from the casino area but close to downtown.

Very spacious rooms and bathroom, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, beds very comfortable, nice patio overlooking river. Breakfast room spacious and bright. I would prefer a few more healthier choices (better quality breads, cooked oatmeal as opposed to instant packages), but bacon and scrambled eggs were good. Close to downtown. Hopewell Rocks are not to be missed and only 40 minutes... More

I have stayed at Chateau Moncton twice - both times for business. My room has overlooked the water which is an added bonus. The staff are friendly and breakfast is included. If staying here without a car you would need to walk or take a cab to nearby restaurants. I look forward to staying here the next time I visit... More

This was a last minute reservation for our planned stop at the Hopewell Rocks. It was a smooth reservation and when we checked in it was an easy check in. The front desk was friendly and helpful while the room was clean and comfortable. It was a bonus that breakfast was included, we would stay again.

Service and attitude were evident the minute I stepped into the lobby to register. The clerks were fast and helpful. We had a room for four and when we got to the room we needed 2 more wine glasses, water glasses, etc. When I mentioned this to the clerk, he immediately got them and delivered them to the room within... We stayed 2 times, in premium rooms on the third and fifth floors on river side of the hotel, while my daughter competed in the Canadian National Track and Field Championships, and after touring the Maritimes. Totally quiet, well appointed large rooms, comfortable beds. Friendly courteous staff, excellent breakfasts, convenient free parking, great location, close to many excellent restaurants and... More

This is a great hotel for many reasons. It's clean and modern, the rooms are surprisingly large, there's a free hot breakfast in the mornings (yes, bacon, sausage, eggs, pancakes, etc), and it's conveniently located by the mall and a short walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants. We stayed in a standard room and it was more than... More
