We have never felt as uncomfortable as in this B&B. When we approached it from the outside we saw paint and plaster falling off the wall. Our room on the first floor was dark, with ugly old furniture and wallpaper coming off the walls. The bathroom in the hallway had not seen updates in decades. It was also dirty and... More

Never having stayed at a B & B before, we were looking forward to our stay at the Bonaccord House. It was a most unpleasant experience. The room was on the 3rd floor- a long climb. We were asked to remove our shoes first. Not sure why because the house was anything but clean. The room was furnished with strangely... More

Jeremy was very pleasant and the rooms were a nice size and all different. We had a key for the front door, but not for the rooms. We had to share a bathroon, which was not too much of a hassle. The house is full of "stuff" which makes it seem crowded. It is in need of upgrading, but then... More

This was the most reasonable B&B& we stayed in the maritimes but it really needs upgrading. I didn't feel I could use the shower because it was black around the edge of the tub. The room was very large but it was so hot even with both windows open and 2 fans going I was unable to sleep. It was... More

Great value for a one night stop over to the east coast. $67 (with tax) was our bill for the night with a modest breakfast in the morning, nothing fancy. We had room "A" facing the street was a little noisy at night, keep window close for noise. Otherwise big room with big kitchen and fridge and bathroom. Needs update... More

I stayed here with a friend on the first night of our Maritime tour. Our host, Jeremy, was extremely friendly and helpful. He made sure we knew how to get to all the attractions. He also gave us a key to the front door, but there was no key to our room. We could only bolt it from the inside,... More

Upon arrival Jeremy was a friendly host and showed me my very spacious room, including private bathroom. Considering the 56 CAD I payed, this stay was really good value. The BnB is not too far away from city center, situated in a calm neighborhood. There is parking in the back of the house (entry on John St.). The interior and... More

I spent one night at Bonaccord House. My score of "excellent" stems from the B&B being so reasonably-priced with sizeable rooms, comfortable beds and a central location: an easy walk to Main Street, Tidal Bore Park, Moncton Market. Jeremy was down-to-business but perfectly pleasant. Breakfast was standard: eggs, toast and meat side with coffee. I'd stay there again.

My husband and I needed a one-night stopover in Moncton and this B & B met our needs very well. Our room was really spacious with several pieces of mis-matched furniture and some attempt at color coordinating - kind of "shabby-chick!!" The breakfast was simple, but prepared adequately - nothing special. For the price, however, this is really a bargain.... More
