I stopped in here on my way back to Ontario and the place was great. Amazing service, front desk guy Grant was extremely helpful, great guy. Nice room, clean, nice big tv. If you need a place to stay in Fredericton this is the spot!

My wife and I had to rush down to Fredericton from Moncton for a family emergency.(Our first Nephew!) The desk clerk Grant couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The price was perfect! Nice little room. Barely heard any noise the whole night. Very cozy and welcoming lobby. Will be back!!

We stayed at the City Motel for Valentine's Day this past weekend and had a great time! We planned an evening of uptown fun and this hotel was the perfect location to start and finish. First of all, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was big and clean and didn't smell bad as other reviews have described.... More

We were on our way from Ontario to New Brunswick for our move, and hit a bad storm. A friendly strange helped us find this place after we stopped and asked where there was a motel. Very clean, good price, friendly staff, pretty friendly. Near many things in the city. Awesome restaurant with great breakfast. Would stay again for sure!

I stayed there last week-end. Because I have a hard time walking, and not thinking to mention it when booking the staff upgraded the room booked, to the first floor. without any fuss. The room was pleasant, clean and the bed comfortable which is most important. Friendly staff and the restaurant on site has good food and is very convenient.... More

We found this motel listed in the NB tourist guide, not on one of the discounter sites. We were pleasantly surprised. The rates are very good, there is an on site laundry and the room was large and clean.

When travelling to Fredericton the City Motel is always our number one place to stay. Clean and convenient, the prices are affordable with CAA rates available and provides a great central location. Our last trip the onsite restaurant was closed but has since reopened which makes it convenient for an early morning breakfast or dinner when you pull in at... More

Stayed her on July 2, and July3rd 2014. Last time I stayed here was in the early 90's. It was clean comfortable and handy when I last stayed. This time the Motel was tired, smelly and my room was very dirty. I was checked in by a young man wearing an undershirt, very unprofessional. The carpet in the room was... More

Check in was a breeze, we landed in Fredericton before lunch, and were able to check in, which is nice, i love that. Upon entering, we thought it was very cute and different. The room was clean, but very dated, the floors are a little uneven, especially the sleeping area, of the Queen Room. A bit of a musty smell,... More
