Stayed one night at Lakeview Inn and found it was good value. Front desk person was very friendly, efficient and able to answer our questions as we do not know the city. The wifi worked well. Lots of water pressure. The hotel is connected to the Country Inn chain in Bangor and looks and feels very much like that hotel.... More

We were driving home from Massachusetts to Nova Scotia and reached Fredericton as it was getting late. We stopped here because it was the first hotel we saw and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel makes an effort to be "green"--recycling bars of soap, reusing towels and... More

We stayed here for one night in late October. We had a king sized bed - comfortable and a variety of pillow sizes which were important to us. The room was spacious although the view from the second floor into the parking lot was unimpressive. Wifi was good bot slow in the morning. Check in ( we had no reservation... More

I stayed for two nights at this hotel and had a great stay. The room had double beds, was clean, and in good shape. The bathroom had good water pressure, although the showerhead leaked a bit and could be repaired. The only other issue I had was the noise of the inroom air conditioner. It was very loud, although it... More

We stayed here on our way our Ontario for 1 night in September 2011. Pros - good nightly rate - breakfast included - good space, bathroom fine, - clean - air conditioner worked fine Cons - needs updating Overall it was fine for our 1 night stay, easy to get back onto the TCH. Located near Fredericton Mall and some... More

Stayed here for one night. Have stayed in other hotels in Frederiction, and the Lakeview is the best place in its price range. We stayed in a suite room for under $100, and it was perfectly clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were very helpful and nice. Agree with some of the commenters about the dankness of the hallway; they... More

The lobby was okay, but once you got past the lobby the hallways were really dark and dingy. The hotel has a bad smell. The elevator was really dingy. The tub in our room didn't drain and we showered in ankle deep water. One of the cups by the complimentary coffee set-up was dirty. The air-conditioner was old and loud.... More

This was a decent place to stay. The one-bedroom suite was spacious, with the usual very modest kitchenette facilities. The building is older and the halls are noticeably drab, but everything is quite functional and the staff seemed eager to please. Features and breakfast are very standard. No pool. Very close off the Fredericton bypass. Unlike some hotels further down... More

I was on a bus tour and stayed there with my family. Power outage caused false alarm. When we evacuated, the hallway was completly dark and none of the emergency lights work. The exit signs are not visible. Free continental breakfast was provided the next morning but I wonder if the fridged items e.g. milk and juices were still edible?

We were coming from Ontario and had never been to Fredericton before. My Husband booked another local Inn online and when we arrived to the other place, we left as quickly as we came as without a doubt it was not suitable to set foot in. My spirits were really low, and we were greeting really warmly when we found... More
