We stayed at the Holiday Inn for Thanksgiving weekend and we had a great time. The scenery was breathtaking. The hotel is right on the river. Was here for 3 nights for a conference. Beautiful relaxing riverside setting, with walking trails along the riverbank. Very quiet. Food service was very good, buffet style meals with plenty of choice, and excellent service from the waitstaff. The only low point was that the whirlpool spa was not working. more

I stayed there recently and really liked the setting, neigbouring the Saint-John River. The location is a bit outside Fredericton center (about 20km) but it's worth it.
