What a great find across the river from downtown. A charming home with a great space above the garage. We stayed 2 nights in the Rifles room and found it quiet and private. Breakfast was top notch and will keep you going through to supper. The foot bridge makes getting to the core of the city very easy. So glad... More

Lovely old building overlooking St. John river and Fredericton and 15 minute walk from downtown via a walking trail across the old railway bridge. We booked a very large room split between bed and a lovely seating area with comfy settee and TV area which overlooked the river. Ultra fast Wifi connection. Good sized bathroom with bath and shower. We were lucky to have booked accommodation in the annex. Plenty of space and a jacuzzi was nice. It has a big For Sale sign outside which is a bit off putting but they are retiring to no need to worry. My only comment was the breakfast, although nice, came without choice or knowing what you were going to get.... More

The Colonel's IN is a lovely home! Our room was spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated. Within a few minutes of our check-in, we were following Ian's excellent directions, walking through the park across the street, over the old railroad bridge, and into the old city for some pre-dinner touring. The home's location is just perfect, close enough to everything... More

We stayed here for one night and would happily return. Great welcome with lots of useful information. Lovely large room. Great breakfast. Lovely walk over an old railway bridge to the middle of the city in about 15 minutes.

Cindy greeted us warmly and could not have been nicer! The upstairs suite was spacious and super clean. The home made gluten- free blueberry muffins were terrific as was the entire breakfast. I appreciated the special meal due to my allergies. I slept so well as the bed was comfortable and it was nice and quiet. Cindy thoughtfully called us... More

A wonderful welcome awaited us at this lovely inn. A great location for exploring Fredericton and surrounds. Being right on the waterfront and the town trails makes it very accessible to walk across the footbridge into town. Breakfasts were stupendous and our top floor 'suite' was a really good bonus. Book this room if your stay is more than 1... More

What a perfect spot! The best part of visiting Fredericton is crossing that pedestrian bridge on the St John's river. The B & B is run by Cindy, a wonderful lady with a friendly style and a great source of information on what to do. Breakfast is delicious, the premises spacious and welcoming, the view over the river outbeats it... More

We stayed here in November for one night. The view across the river was beautiful and it was on a quieter street, which was nice. The In the was really cute; the room was spacious and very clean. Cindy was a fantastic host- really pleasant and hospitable, and she provided us with a stellar breakfast of fresh blueberry muffins, yogurt... More

The Inn is situated across the river from central Fredericton. You can either drive,(three minutes), or walk over the old bridge, pedestrian & cyclists only, into the centre of the town. The breakfast was delightful, freshly cooked and Cindy only too happy to do something different. We stayed in the bedroom over the garage, which has its own separate entrance... More
