Stayed here on business recently and my immediate reaction was not a good one...the looby was really shabby, floor needed a mopping and the overall layout was really poor. Clean, comfortable hotel, with friendly staff, and the best hotel restaurant food we've ever had. We were in Winnipeg for medical reasons and found the Health Sciences Centre was only a ten minute taxi ride away, and bus transportation was easily accessible. We definitely would stay at the Norwood again.

It is not the fanciest hotel I have been to, but the bed is comfortable and the room is clean. It is in Saint-Boniface, so it is close to different attraction.

The hotel is lovely. The restaurant is the best I've had in any hotel. I've stayed at the Norwood many times and have never had an issue of any kind. Beautiful rooms, quiet hallways. An excellent choice at a reasonable rate !
