I got stuck in Winnipeg for 2 days and stayed here because the price was right. From what I read I was a little worried but went anyway because I didn't have a lot of money. I actually had a pretty good stay. They got everything you need there and I didn't even need to leave for anything until my... More

The bed, the furniture, the concrete walls in the hallway, outdated to say the least. I was not impressed with this hotel. Looking over my shoulder constantly. Pretty sure that's a lyric from Cypress Hill and an actual fact at this hotel.

Our "non-smoking" room smelled like cigarettes, we found cigarette butts on the carpet (which also makes me wonder how well it was cleaned) and cigarette burns on the furniture. There was no dead bolt on the door. There was a tiny bar of soap- that was it- no shampoo, conditioner or any other kind of bathroom supplies. Rooms were not... More

All our rooms have deadbolts. We use purifiers every day when people check out, especially if we smell smoke. We can't find anyone by the name of Tiffany, that stayed here in February 2014. We are in the process of updating, but the rates will be updated as well. Thank you very much. More

We stayed here for one night, it's pretty bad here you need to get the front desk to let you into the pool area which we all have room keys to get into our rooms but then they play the ten questions when ask to open the door ( need swim wear when clearly we are wearing swim wear) which... More

We regret your experience with us was not satisfactory to your standards. All staff has guidelines and standards which they must follow to make all guests stay here pleasant and enjoyable. If you would have asked our front desk for help they would have gladly assisted you. You cannot rectify a problem if you are not told there is a... More

The staff and the room were fine. The bed was excellent. I just didnt feel safe as a single traveler outside the hotel at night and early morning. It definitely felt like there were people living in the outside exit rooms and there were many people milling around drinking and smoking outside the back entrances. I was even harrased once.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. It's unfortunate that you felt less than comfortable outside during certain hours and it's for this reason we have a professional security detail looking out for hour guests both inside the property and parking lot as well. During your stay we did have a number of families staying in our... More

Our first impression from the street was a little sceptical, but we soon found the accomodations to be very pleasant and comfortable. The staff wasiendly and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally quiet. Usually you here noises from other rooms or the hall way, but not here. The pool was alot of fun and seemed to be kept clean. The hot... More
