When I checked in it took a while, I was the only person checking in, I arrived at 1:30 am. First, the lady working sucked, she took long with the cards and room setup. I was suprised because the room was pre-paid by my company and she still insisted I provide a credit card or payment, after clearing that up... More

Thank you for your honest comments regarding the service that you received during your stay last year; all of your comments have been shared with the team, and we have discussed the issues that you encountered on check in. Unfortunately even if your company is paying for the room, you still need to provide a credit card or a cash... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Upon arrival we loved the decor of this hotel. Nice bright lime green makes it feel cheerful and modern decor gives this new hotel a fresh feel. Check in was smooth and quick. It seemed a little strange that we didn't have to sign anything and only had to give a credit... More

I stayed at tithe Fairfield inn for 1 night, as the usual hotel I use was full. The hotel is very new, so is in great condition. I had a 2 queen room, that felt a little small, but was very clean and well appointed. I used the excessive room at 7am in the morning, it had very nice treadmills,... More

It is always nice to stay in a new hotel. It hasn't as yet had the tar kicked out of it! This is a big plus. At the same time there were a few concerns that may or may not be resolved once the kicks are worked out. The parking lot is dimly lit and has signs about potential vehicle... More

We stayed with extended family on the Spring Break weekend. The Fairfield staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the full continental breakfast, late check out (noon) and great pool area the kids loved. Only concern was the chlorine level seemed very high in the pool area and the water was quite chilly, but the kids didn't complain.

Stayed at this hotel in late Feb, 2012. The Meh: Check-in was fine but only one person was on and handling phone calls and live bodies. Overall it was okay but could’ve been better (more staff). Breakfast was okay, my first trip to the breakfast area resulted in cold eggs but as I went back in they were loading it... More

1st when booking 2 suites we were told we could get two rooms on the same floor. Checking in was told can',t only one suite on each floor, front desk woman was quite rude! Then there was no HOT breakfast as advertized, Then in the room info books stating that the pool is open 6am to 11pm they close the... More

We stayed for one night and I'm glad it wasn't two. This is a fairly new structure and appears to be constructed from wood. I assume this from the sound of thumping feet carrying through the building. Because of its newness, the rooms are newly decorated and in good condition. This must be why the rate is as high as... Nothing special from a Marriott experience perspective. Only show in town in your part of their loyalty program. Nothing within walking distance. Very close to airport though. Shuttle service one way - might go further than the 5kms if you're nice and it's not busy. Pool area is cool - would come back with kids in the area. Of particular... More

I stayed for two nights in March and found the hotel to be extremely comfortable and well run. I had a king suite that I got for a price $30 less than a regular king room. It was very large with two flat screen TVs, and a sitting room with a couch, chair, and a desk. The decor was beautifully... More
