This is just a very inexpensive place to stay, but don't expect to much. The people who work here are friendly enough and the room was clean. They have many places to eat just across the street. Driving to downtown is an easy ten minutes. Very basic but less expensive than name brand hotels. Winnipeg is a very expensive city don't... More

Good service for very reasonable price. I stay here for my business trip very often. The receptionist is very friendly, prompt and courteous. The room was clean with clean bed sheets, has ample parking space.

I don't like people that are. Rude to guest that have small pet that is. Like family to them and you need to lock them up and not let the pets walk around the. Motel or hotel it so stupid I hate that so much and also I don't like is that you can have people stay the night over... More

It's old, the rooms are small with cinderbrick walls and not many of them. Their just cheap and don't have nice towels, the beds are old, just a few cable channels, rooms smell like air freshener, nothing to write home about!

Many hotels in and around Winnipeg are overpriced, so Boulevard was welcome for their price. In all fairness, I got what I paid for, an unadorned bed and bathroom, but I would not stay here again. I found the manager, when he was around, intrusively curious. He often "dropped by" my room to see how I was getting along; in... More

When we booked in I was told that there was no refund. Checked the room and it looked ok after a 14 1/2 hour drive. Found out after the fact that there was a set of towels missing, no soap or shampoo, no hangers, the fan in the bathroom was not working and after fighting with the shower we got... More

It seems everything in Winnipeg is overpriced. So if you don't mind accommodations that are not fancy, but good enough, this is your place. The owner/manager Ken was extremely friendly and welcoming, as were the other staff.

This motel was a regretful choice. The smell was foul, the beds were filthy ( pubic hair and feces), bathroom door did not close properly ( nor did it lock, and was full of what appeared to be punch holes), toilet was plugged ( and no plunger!). The room was also missing a coffee maker and an alarm clock. The... More
