This hotel has some very weird policies, like locking all the exit doors overnight so nobody can get out, even if there is a fire. When asked "What if there is a fire?" the response from the staff person was "there's never been one." Also, if you have a question or request after a certain hour, don't knock on the... More

...."this ain't too bad". if you are looking for a top rated place, this isn't for you, Then again, if you are, Churchill isn't for you! The Hotel is very "basic". It is clean, breakfast buffet is good, and staff is friendly,

A simple hotel, with all the basics. Room was clean and comfortable. Had what I needed - a comfy bed, a clean bathroom, a mini fridge, a TV, and free wi-fi. The attached restaurant is average. 100% satisfied.

We had multiple meals here- most mornings we walked over from the Polar Inn for their hot breakfast. The omelets were made-to-order by a great guy- Joe. He was the most outgoing of all the servicers and informative about local happening. Try the Red River hot cereal-- is a local favorite and it makes our old oatmeal pale in comparison.

We just spent 2 nights in Churchill after 2 nights train ride from Winnipeg. We took a chance on traveling to Churchill to see Polar Bears before official Polar Bears season. Because that, we had more choices in lodging. I am glad we chose Seaport. Though, it is not very impressive at all on the outside....warehouse style, but the rooms... More

Spouse & I stayed here 4 nights during a nature tour in Churchill. As a previous Trip Advisor reviewer (MarshWall) states this is the perfect place to stay when on nature tours in Churchill. It is not elegant or swanky, but very clean and the rooms well apportioned. Our room (and I think all) had a small fridge, microwave, free... More

Swanky accommodation in Churchill would be out of character and quite unnecessary given that we were there mainly to be out all day watching wildlife and in the evenings taking in whatever insights we could of fascinating local culture organised by our tour company. The Seaport is absolutely fine for this purpose. The room had everything we needed and was... More
