We stay at the Seaport Hotel every year before and after going on our polar bear safari. The hotel rooms are clean, the food in the restaurant is great and the staff are always very accommodating. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. For a small town in the middle of nowhere, I really couldn't ask for anything... More

This hotel was perfectly fine for a trip to Churchill. Rooms were dated, basic, but very clean. Breakfast was good and dinner was quite good. Churchill is a small town of about 1000 people and this is a good place to stay from which to go on excursions to view the polar bears.

The Seaport Hotel is very clean, warm and friendly. The meals we had in the hotel were very good. Our room was quiet. There was a small fridge and microwave as well. The water pressure of the shower was excellent. The hotel is near the post office, bank, grocery store and the souvenir shops. My only issue was with the hotel's... More

The Seaport Hotel was more than adequate as a place to stay for a polar bear adventure. Although the rooms were small they were clean, contained a small refrigerator, microwave and television and the beds were comfortable. There was no elevator, however. The breakfast buffet was very nice with hot cereal, a couple of varieties of toast, several kinds of... More

Didn't stay in the hotel itself, but did pop into the cafe for a hot cup of tea after visiting Cape Merry and was in desperate need of thawing out! The staff were very friendly and the cafe was busy. The cafe is licensed so you could also get a glass of wine or a beer here if you so... More

Having just come from spending 3 nights at the Natural Habitat Tundra Lodge where you actually live with the polar bears roaming around freely, our group came back into Churchill and stayed for 2 nights at the Seaport Motel. This is a very clean motel with a restaurant and lounge on premises. I read one review where the doors were... More

Nice place to eat in Churchill, the steak sandwich was amazing, tasty, juicy...it was so good that I ordered a second sandwich... server was very nice as well. Prices were very reasonable. Others plates are burgers, fish, pasta, salads, wine and beer.

This hotel has some very weird policies, like locking all the exit doors overnight so nobody can get out, even if there is a fire. When asked "What if there is a fire?" the response from the staff person was "there's never been one." Also, if you have a question or request after a certain hour, don't knock on the... More

A simple hotel, with all the basics. Room was clean and comfortable. Had what I needed - a comfy bed, a clean bathroom, a mini fridge, a TV, and free wi-fi. The attached restaurant is average. 100% satisfied.
