This Hotel is nice! Everything is clean, great food and service. Terrific buffet with a different menu every night! Live piano playing in the evening is a great touch to everything. Pool and water slide looked nice, although I did not use them.

I have stayed at the Canad Inn in Brandon many times without review, and after this trip decided to put pen to screen. Like the Rooms, They are well appointed with microwave, coffee, and fridge, and a daily paper delivered to your room. Really hate the internet, and the service in the Alto’s Restaurant both are like watching molasses gel.... More

After waiting ten minutes to check in, I went to my room to find blood all over the heater. When I called to report such a horrific finding... I did not receive an upgrade or a manager's apology. I received an insincere sorry and I will make sure the cleaner's are aware of it. I would have checked-out but I... More

We have stayed at this hotel since it opened. For seven years we are putting up with terrible service in the bars and lounge area. The food is substandard and overpriced. The options at Altos and Tevern is limited and God forbid you are there during an event... you get the choice of the 4 same menu items every night!!... More

We stayed here over the Christmas holidays as we visited with family in the surrounding areas. We were able to obtain the rooms for their special rate which was wonderful. The rooms were clean. We did have someone down the hall that had a big dog in the room that needed to learn to quit barking but for the most... More

Our family met up with another family for a weekend, all 10 of us had to wait an hour and a half in the lobby for them to get our rooms ready. Room wasn't cleaned. Noise from downstairs woke up our kids. Manager was rude and argumentative. Restaurant was decent, but over priced. Do yourself a favor and look for... More

We stayed here for 5 nights when we moved to Brandon. The rooms were clean but not too quiet. You could hear your neighbors very well, I was happy we had people next to us that were quiet at night, otherwise it would have been hell. The bed wasn't really comfortable, but that I guess is personal preference. I needed... More

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Tons of amenities. This truly is the only place I will stay when in Brandon. The Tavern United is the perfect spot to have a night cap after a long day. Don't agree with others who say it's over priced. You'll pay the same or more in any other city like Regina, Saskatoon or Winnipeg. Well... More

i stayed for two nights. it was very nice large room, on the 10th floor. The only drawback was that my room had a connecting door to another room. First night there were people having a little party and i could hear all the noise, (however they were done by 10 45 p.m.) the next night there was a man... More
