nice rooms, average front desk, but the the line up of youths in the Breakfast room was impassable, think they were waiting for something, went to Smitty's, and there was still a lineup in the breakfast room when we got back, don't know what was for breakfast as couldn't see past the line up to the food

This is one of the nicest best western rooms I have stayed in. Very spacious and modern. No shortage of pillows with 4 on each bed. Very nice toiletries. This is a new hotel however still lots of dust around the property. I was happy with the size of the room and glad to have the microwave and refrigerator. As a business travelor the breakfast needs more protein offerings less carbs. Furnishing low quality especially the very cheap desk chair. This hotel is basically brand new. Fantastic beds and modern furnishings. Fitness center open 24/7. Staff was very helpful and always pleasant! Would definitely recommend this hotel for travelers in the Brandon area. Great new hotel in Brandon. I checked in late, so I didn't get to use the pool area. Itdid look nice. The room was clean and well layed out. The beds were great. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was the standard offerings. This will be my new hotel of choice in Brandon.
