I was in Brandon during my trans-Canada trip with my girlfriend. We decided to stay in Brandon and check out the city. Colonial Inn was literally one block away from the apparently only shopping mall in Brandon so it was an easy decision to stay at the Colonial Inn. I have been staying at the colonial inn for one year this month (DEC) they always were very nice accept pets and much more. the rooms are a good size the room with the small kitchen is very nice and the one bedroom sute is very big nice it has furnature that is a little out of style but not... more
Our party of 4, which included one child under 10 stayed there for one night. This could have been a very happy stay, and it wouldn't have taken much to create a better first impression. This is obviously a nice, well-maintained motel with a rather good little restaurant next door providing excellent breakfasts. Shame about our welcome. Maybe they should... more
Nice and quiet place to rest for the night...had my two small kids and wife with me.....slept well in reasonably comfy room...also good for families as there are no bars or nightclubs and NO NOISE. more
