The Colonial Inn has clearly seen better days. It's a throwback to the 70's. We did not use the pool, so can't comment but the rooms are in need of refurbishing. Excellent hotel for the price. Rooms though dated are clean. Hi speed wireless Internet, free continental breakfast and close to all amenities. Pool and hottub were great. Nice to see you can still get all the amenities at a very reasonable price.

Not fancy to look at but staff at front desk friendly. Room and bathroom not new but clean and comfortable. I have stayed at the Colonial Inn several times when visiting Brandon; the rooms appear dated but have always been clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable, its quiet, and the continental breakfast starts us on our day.
