Mid-Way Motel is a great place to spend a night. Economical rooms that are spotless. Nice continental breakfast with great coffee! Perfect place to rest after along day of driving. Very quiet. A jewel on the prairie.

This was your basic motel. you could smoke in the room and the continental breakfast was good. The staff was very pleasant and the room was only 59.95. It is located on 1st street in Brandon so not far from shopping mall.

Reading other reviews..I'm shocked anyone would ever rate this hotel as "excellent", or "best hotel I've ever stayed in". I was booked in for 3 months for work - totally based on what I read in these reviews. I would've moved out after the first night if I could've, but stayed for a week out of work busy-ness. Floors were... More

We had driven from Winnipeg to Rivers (where my father was born) but because Rivers has no motel we drove back to Brandon, Found the motel clean and comfortable but did find it difficult conversing with the owner. The price was very good though.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. This is definitely the best motel we've had on our trip across Canada. TV, movie channels, continental breakfast are all good but our Interests are cleanliness and a good nights sleep. We will stay here again.

I checked in here with a friend during a trek from Toronto to Vancouver last summer - we just needed a bed for the night. The room itself wasn't too bad - but didn't' feel as 'clean' as other hotels/motels I've stayed in. We woke up to a couple cockroaches in the bathroom the next morning...we were happy to check... It was clean and pleasant enough. Desk clerk seemed bored and uninterested but alright. Slept on pillow shams and with duvet cover whichever made me wonder.... I wrapped the pillow in a towel before putting my face near it.

I'm travelling across Canada and have stayed at numerous motels. This is the honestly the best one I have stayed at. The bed is amazingly comfortable, their are movie channels, a continental breakfast and really clean. My biggest concern is cleanliness in motels and it looked like it was a brand new room. The one person that rated it 1... More

This is a very clean, old-fashioned motel that actually has a self-serve cold breakfast that included a variety of cereals, breads and pastries, jellies and peanut butter, coffee and juices (even chocolate milk for the kids!). The owners are a lovely Christian family and even the cans of pop ($1) and bottled water (2 for $1) are reasonably priced. It... More

Based on previous reviews, this was the #4 place to stay in Brandon, so I decided to book here for a short trip with my family. Walked in and had to search for someone to check me in, it was room changeover time so I figured they were busy as it seemed like a family run business. I booked a... More
