All the facilities, the 1 bedroom appartment was very comfortable. Perfect location and we enjoyed the open swiming pool and jacuzzi. The parking is expensive $30/night but you don't have much choice.

We were greeted at this location with an upgrade which set the tone for a pleasant stay. The hotel room was set out very well even though it seemed to be in an older part of the building. The staff at reception were helpful and friendly, giving us tips and making prompt dinner reservations at a late hour. The pool... More

Stayed at a 2 bedroom suite for a one night stay, and for the price you cannot go wrong with this hotel. Spacious and clean with a kitchenette plus complimentary breakfast makes for an enjoyable stay. There's a nice salt water lap pool and hot tubs to soak in as well, and room service is provided by Earl's which is... More

We stayed in the One Bedroom Suite, on a lower floor (4th floor). The suite was absolutely amazing. The customer support was excellent and we have really no big complaints about our stay. The breakfast was good (on the last day their toaster broke, but they had a backup ready), the location was great, and the services offered by the... More

I loved this hotel. We do not ski, we were going during off season to enjoy a stress-free, relaxing anniversary and were upgraded to a one bedroom suite. I loved the location, close to everything in Whistler Village. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable. I loved the bathtub; it was a soaker tub, a great way to end a... More

This hotel was excellent, service, room, wifi, staff and although the free breakfast was mediocre, it didn't spoil the experience. The valet parking, although chargeable was essential and upon check in and the free upgrade we ended up in a lovely room. The staff throughout the hotel were attentive and helpful, it is close to the food, activities, etc.

Whistler is just a great place in the Summer for a stop off between Vancouver & the Rockies. This hotel is of a very high standard and with staff who made the experience of staying very pleasant. Right in the centre of town with restaurants and bars within a short walking distance as well as being close to lifts for... More

Pan Pacific Whistler Village was fantastic. Great Location with the most friendly and helpful staff who very competent and not at all pushy. Rooms were spacious, well appointed, impeccably clean and a great place to relax. We were really sorry to leave for home after our weeks stay.

With the Pan Pacific brand you're expecting to walk in to a glorious lobby area. However, the Whistler resort's is very small and unassuming. Check-in was a breeze and very accommodating. Parking is across the way and valet is offered for an additional $4 per day. I believe all rooms are one or two bedroom suites with kitchens and baths... More

We started our vacation by staying at the Pan Pacific Whistler Village. We arrived quite early in the day, not expecting our room to be ready, but the front desk staff tried their best to get us checked in. It wasn't possible, but they gave us our parking pass & apologized for not being able to fill our request. When... More
