This is a lovely facility with excellent rooms for families of five. The bathrooms and living areas were clean and lovely. The breakfast buffets had gluten free rice crisps, sliced meats and hardboiled eggs, yogurt and tons of fruit. The coffee was excellent too. Gluten free toast was provided and it was very tasty.

We like this 1 bedroom suite here as it has a nice homely touch with comfortable bed, good size wash room, kitchen, free wi-fi and within walking distance to all the activities. It also comes with free daily breakfast for our booking. All the staff, be it at the reception or at the breakfast cafe were very friendly, professional and... More

I called down to housekeeping for service since my room was not properly cleaned. I spoke to a lady who had trouble speaking English she said she was the manager Grukirin I think. she was rude not at all helpful and suggested I was being to picky. For the rate I was paying for the room I at least expected... More

When you stay at the all suites Pan Pacific Village Center you "have" arrived!! This resort meets and exceeds all your expectations. Wonderfully comfortable and convenient place to stay in Whistler Village. it is right in the heart of the village yet quiet enough that you don't hear the raucous from the street. This is the hotel I stay at everytime I visit Whistler.

We stayed for 2 nights and have no complaints, whatsoever. The comfort of the beds and the quiet of the hotel (no noisy neighbours or loud air conditioning unit) was very welcoming and much needed after spending a long exhausting day at Squamish fest. The staff out friendly and the cleaning crew are fabulous.

Nothing but positive things to say. We were there in the summer, which is obviously diametrically opposed to peak time at whistler, but our stay was great. My wife and I changed our dinner reservations around on multiple occasions, and the pleasant and efficient concierge team never batted an eye. The free shuttle service the hotel offers to basically take... More
