Our family (son, son’s friend, wife and I) spent 4 nights at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler in March, 2015. I recommend the hotel. The wife and I shared a deluxe executive suite; the boys had a deluxe room (since that’s the only room type with twin beds). The suite was very large, with a spacious living room and good... More

Suite is very nice. The decor or is lovely and upscale. Recommend getting breakfast with room rate otherwise it's $35 for breakfast buffet. Concierge is excellent. They are very helpful in planning activities and recommending restaurants. They were also very responsive in answering emails before we arrived. We were promised a mountain view but we're given a tree lined view... More

Beautiful, spacious and quiet rooms, and pristine property - better than probably all hotels I've stayed in at Whistler. The staff may be a bit too attentive though, especially the valet. Also, there was a lack of quick breakfast options we found. Really, a great property, but from an all around experience perspective I would rather stay at the Fairmont.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. We had a great stay. The snow conditions in Whistler were awful this year so we asked the hotel if we can cancel or postponed our stay by a year. They said no BUT the gave us a nice credit to use at the SPA and restaurants. That was very nice of them. A great... More

Great hotel, with amazingly well apportioned and appointed rooms. The ski concierge service and hotel car service were great and should be taken advantage of. Suffers a little compared to the Fairmont because it's not ski in/out and doesn't have the same atmosphere in the hotel bar, reception area or pools. Cookies at the ski concierge are gooood!

This is a very nice, modern property with huge, well appointed rooms and lots of nice facilities on the property (pool, spa, exercise room, etc). Service was attentive as you expect from a Four Seasons. Bathrooms are luxurious and large. Overall a nice ambience and had a great ski lodge feel, even in summer. So I would say it was... More

My family and I love Four Seasons and are rarely, if ever, disappointed. This property was an exception. One area where Four Seasons falls especially short is not having a loyalty program. As a result, when I stay at a new Four Seasons property, the hotel has no way to know that I am otherwise a good customer or my... More

Our stay was top notch from start to finish. Check was smooth even though we were early AND they let us check out late because our transportation wasn't arriving until 3 PM. We really enjoyed our couples spa treatment. This was incorrectly billed at the time of service, but one phone call fixed everything. The rooms were VeRy spacious and... More

We went to Whistler just before the Winter Olympics of 2010. The rooms were great, updated, roomy and I loved the in-room fireplace! Very romantic for a nice getaway. If I remember correctly, the hotel was pretty large and spread out, but our room was a quick walk to the lifts. I love how they have coffee, hot cocoa and... More

Friendly, accommodating, knowledgable staff who anticipate needs and aim to delight. Rooms are functionally elegant and comfortable. The pool is simple but you'll find everything you need. Reasonable walking distance to the main village, and very close to the upper village.
