Our beautiful two days' getaway was marred by unacceptable housekeeping, and staff and management not being able or willing to do anyhing about it. Since our complaint, we haven't heard from anyone yet, and the reception staff claimed they had no authority to deal with the issues right then and there. The room had several faults: a/c not working properly... More

The air conditioner didn't work... even after we called and they sent a person who checked it and cleaned the filter. Since it was July and hot, the room was uncomfortable day and night. The windows don't open wide enough to allow a good breeze, but they did let in bothersome late night noise from outside. Other than that the... More

We found the Queen with Loft a wonderful experience. We used the Dry, in room, Sauna, and Jacuzzi. The amenities included everything we had expected and more. Service Staff from Desk to Room was Professional and Pleasant. The Desk Clerks/Concierge staff always had time to ask how our day was going and were at the ready to assist us. Location... More

The Mountainside Lodge lived up to the online pics. We recently stayed at the Mountainside Lodge the in the center of the Village at Whistler. My Aunt, my teenager daughter and myself all thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The location is terrific as we were right in the heart of the village, the room was great.. very clean and roomy... The hotel provided a great location in the village - we paid $51 a night so it's hard to complain much. It was a small room - we struggled finding room to put our large suitcases. The room also does not have a room safe. The pool and hot tub were decent. Our only major complaint was the murphy bed... More

Wonderful hotel. Everthing was close, including the lifts to the mountains. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities. Free Wi-Fi was great (Unlike other so called luxury hotels that charge a outrageous fee). Would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Staff was very friendly. Great price.

I've read in tripadvisor for this hotel. I booked only one night with my family. There was 2 room, one sofa very comfortable, three tv, three bath (one with hydromassage) a sauna. What can I say more.... All this at the price of one room. Fantastic! Me and my family would like to live in a house like this...

Booked this hotel over the internet, first time to Whistler. Was a bit nervous, since I got the room for 60/night. The room is great and the Murphy bed setup is great and it is comfortable. The staff has been great, cudo's to Donna, she has been very helpful with restaurant suggestion and directs, she is great. The only thing... More

This hotel is worth much more than the price we obtained despite it being low season. The hotel room has many features including a single person whirlpool tub and ktichenette. In addition to these, we were delighted to find other features not mentioned such as mini stereo and track lighting. Everything was in excellent condition and working order. The loft... More

Just spent a few night at Mountainside lodge and would definitely come back here again. From the first sight of the lobby and the doors that lead into the hallway to the rooms, you feel that you're expecting a motel style 2 star room. The lobby and common areas can definitely use a facelift. Aside from that, the rooms are... More
