We stayed for 3 nights at the Sundial Hotel during our tour of the Rockies. We found the reception staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful at check-in. We had a one-bedroom suite, with sofa-bed for the boys in the lounge. There was a small kitchen area with large fridge, oven and dishwasher. We had a small balcony which looked... More

We were lucky to get a great suite on the 8th floor with our own (huge) private deck and hot tub. Gorgeous views, great location, large and comfortable accommodations. Nice bathroom. Right at base of Whistler lifts. We stayed for three nights and were very happy here.

After over 12 hours travelling from the UK to Whistler we arrived to find that the rooms we had booked on the same floor were not available and instead we were offered rooms four floors apart. With one teenage/young children and having booked abd reserved specific room numbers this was not good enough. Furthermore the customer service was awful. There... More

I stayed at the Sundial for two nights in July 2009 with a friend after visiting Vancouver. Due to the recession, we got a great deal on this hotel (about $110 per night) and probably wouldn't have spent the money to stay there under normal circumstances. But we were truly glad we did. Our room was a nicely sized one... More

What a fabulous, clean Hotel. One of the closest to the ski school and ski lifts, and with three young children learning to ski made getting to the school carrying skis, and walking in boots a breeze! We stayed in a two bedroom appartment with spectacular views directly up the mountain. The appartment itself was not overly spacious and the... More

We stay in a two bedroom suite with a hot tub in the balcony. The view of the whistler and blackcomb mountains is amazing! The staff in the front desk is very helpful. We are able to get early check in and that is great because we have a lot of baby stuff. We have our first meal in The... More

My family of 4 including 2 young children stayed at the Sundial for 2 summer nights in early June. Although the location is excellent, the hotel itself is showing its age. We were originally given room 506, but because of a strong cat litter smell (it's a pet friendly hotel), the staff politely moved us to room 406. Despite their... More

I travelled to Canada last year to visit a friend who lives in Vancouver. It was my first time in the country and we had planned lots of activities. My visit to Whistler was what I was looking forward to the most. We arrived in Whistler early evening on a Friday, we arrived at the hotel and were greeted by... More

We visit and stay in Whistler 3 or 4 times a year and have stayed at various Whistler hotels. This hotel is the best so far! We had family visiting from the UK and spent the night in a 2 bedroom suite. Upon check-in we where told the roof top hot tub was out of order and were offered an... More

We booked this accommodation, having chosen it from good reviews on TripAdvisor. We were very happy with our choice. We had a "mountain view" apartment which was well equipped with kitchen and separate living room and extremely spacious to boot. The kitchen comes complete with dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is a supermarket in the town to get your food... More
