My partner and I stayed here on a recent trip to Whistler, and cannot speak highly enough of the hotel, their service and facilities. The room was perfect. Very spacious, full-size kitchen, very comfy beds and heated floors in the bathroom! We also indulged in the hot tub on the roof a couple of nights. The location is amazing. Right... More

We booked a trip on (for us) a short 3 week notice from FL...wanted to go skiing and take the boys (11 & 15). We were used to staying in nicer hotels (our last two vacations were at the Four Seasons in Jackson Hole & in Kona), and we wanted something similar, but accommodating the kids - a hard task... The first time we went up here we got a special rate on Hotels.com so we decided to try it, and we love this place! Very modern, great location, and the one bedroom suite is much nicer than having to live with just two beds and no kitchen. No breakfast, but with the kitchen and endless restaurants it should be... Enjoyed staying at the Sundial; the location is fantastic, right in the center of the village and easy access to the lifts. We stayed in a 2bedroom suite with kitchen; the suite is well appointed and the beds are comfortable. The only negative I have is that our suite faced the plaza, directly across from the Longhorn bar and there... More

When I pay the price I did to stay at this hotel I expect the toilet to work properly and the bed spread to not be stained, I didn't get either. I also expect a valet to help get our luggage up the icy-stairs but when I asked for the valet I was told there was not one. Since I... More

Dear Donna, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay with us at the Sundial Boutique Hotel. In terms of a valet, I believe there may have been a miscommunication with our Guest Service Agent. It is true we do not provide valet service (parking your car), however we do have employees responsible for helping... More

Four of us stayed in a one bedroom suite, which was very comfortable and clean. Location was superb, close to the gondola. The staff was excellent, and in particular, the concierge was wonderful, able to get us tickets to the New Years Eve Gala at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Ski storage is free, but parking is $20/night, which is reasonable... More

Nice and beautiful location in the summer. We had a corner room with a great view of the mountain along side a nice fireplace. My daughters loved the DVD selection, we watched a movie each night and ate popcorn. I had great runs in the mornings and the weather was perfect. We would like to come back for two relaxing... This hotel was exceptional. The location couldn't be better, the staff were great - really friendly and helpful, the WiFi was strong and consistent, and my room was extraordinarily clean. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. My room had a beautiful view of the mountain, but the area below is quite noisy, so if you're a light... More

a great location with a 3 min walk to the lifts and excellent service. We had a nicely furnished (no wear and tear on the unit) 1 bedroom suite - quite spacious too. Underground parking which will cost you an extra $20 a day.
