Perfect ski location for rentals and gondolas to both Whistler & Blackcomb. We watched the Sunday fireworks from our condo. The staff were always eager to help. Easy stroll to restaurants in the village. We hope to return in the summer with our boys.

Our family of 4 (husband, myself and 2 kids aged 4 and 6 yr old) stayed for 2 weeks from 9th January 2016. It was a our first time at Whistler so we wanted to stay somewhere close to the Gondola and ski school for the kids. Pros - we stayed in a 1 bedroom delux spa unit. This was... More

Very pleasant stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. 2 min walk to the gondola. Love the rooftop spa. Loved how the staff took our skis when we got back from the mountain. Can be quite noisy at night times as pubs and bars close by however this is expected when coming to Whistler as lots of people wanting to have... More

We loved the close proximity to the the lifts for both Whistler and Blackcomb! Simply convenient! But beyond this, the check in took way longer than need be. Service was so-so. Some staff were very helpful particularly those who helped with the ski equipment. But the front desk staff seemed to be inconvenienced if we asked a question or recommendation.... More

Our family of 4 stayed at the Sundial this winter. It is the perfect location being in the heart of the village and the base of the gondolas. Staff were friendly and the service was excellent. Our skis were stored by staff every evening and brought to us in the morning when we were ready to go. Upon our return... More

This was my first trip to Whistler with my boyfriend who has been a dozen times. The Sundial is absolutely adorable and could not be in a better spot. The lobby is really welcoming with a fire and hot apple cider brewing all the time. The front desk staff is very welcoming and accommodating (they bring out your skis for... More

The Sundial is centrally located in Whistler Village, with easy access to the lifts, and the rooms are large. Beyond this, however, I found little to like about the property, starting with my arrival. There was nowhere to unload luggage in the cramped porte-cochere (the entirety of which was blocked by a shuttle bus), and once I ditched my car... More

Stayed in a one bedroom deluxe with balcony hot tub. Very comfortable. So great to have our own hot tub to use after a day of skiing. I would definitely recommend this room if possible. Staff were excellent-very helpful. So nice to walk in after skiing and give our skiis to the front desk staff to store. They arranged our... More

Love the position so close to the lifts. One bed rooms are a good size. Staff were very nice. Rooms are well appointed. The only bad thing i can say, is we were on the road side and when it snows, the snow plow clears the road at 5:30am and is quite loud. Nothing to be with Sundial. Maybe try... More

I stayed on the top floor in a mountain-view suite. The room was perfectly comfortable, we loved the location, and the staff was great, but the noise from the bar next door was nearly intolerable. On Friday night the loud music stopped reasonably early so it wasn't terrible, but on Saturday it went until the wee hours, keeping me up... More

To our guest from Seattle, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your stay. I was glad to hear that you enjoyed your suite and found our staff friendly and helpful - as these are two important ways we differentiate ourselves. Another reason guests continue to come back to stay with us is the location - a... More
