I've read some reviews saying that this place is tired and dated but we found it to be exactly what we required for our needs and had a brilliant time. Our party of five consisted of four adults and a four year old so there was plenty of space for us all, with us having a living area, a kitchen,... More

have stayed here before, and now here for Whistler Cup. Lack of maintenance and clearly raping the business of cash flow, leaves the hotel threadbare. Walls are damaged, Windows are damaged, leaking, and stained, and one bedroom doesn't even have baseboard. Our TV didn't work and had to be completely replaced. The kitchens were extremely limited for bowls and pots... More

Seems others consider this a "tired" spot. Whatever. We had a great time and were treated very well by the staff. Absolutely no complaints with the one bedroom, it had all we expected and needed. The ski lockup was good and the staff lent us ski locks for the hill. Nice to talk to staff at the desk who didn't... More

Stayed in a 2 bedroom with bunk beds in the hallway. The units are older and not furnished as well as other ski condos I have stayed in at other resorts. The location is walkable to the village, but with skis it can be a little rough. The shuttle has limited hours that it runs, which means you have to... More

The staff, excellent. Location to village ok. Location next to highway, awful. 4th floor queen room, the window didn't latch which allowed the highway noise in all night. Early morning was very busy thus noisy. Noise from the pool was nightmarish. But worse than the noise from the window not latching was the safety hazard of 3 small kids, an... More

Location is just OK, to have a view you have to be on the side facing a highway, for quieter stay, you look into the forest, which we prefer. Mind you we were "upgraded" to 2 bedroom suite, so the bedrooms were on quiet side, and living room had some views. Certainly is not what I would consider ski in... More

We shared a 2 bedroom apartment which was clean and more than adequate. It was a 5 minute walk to the slopes although they also ran a free shuttle. The apartments were clean although a little dated. The kitchen was adequately equipped and there was everything we needed for a two week stay. All the staff were helpful and friendly... More

Room was dated (except for the kitchen). Sofa had frayed edges (which could have easily been trimmed with scissors to make it look less shabby). Bed was lumpy, uncomfortable, and sagged in the middle, bed skirt was dirty/stained. Sliding glass door to patio didn't close properly, there was a gap in the bottom corner so living room was very drafty.... More

We were four adults, had a two bedroom apartment on the 5th floor looking at forest behind lodge. We had a twin room, a double room and a sofa bed in the living room, plus two bathrooms and a kitchen. The rooms had everything we needed and anything that needed attention was looked at promptly. Cleaning was good and beds... More

I booked me and a number of friends into two two-bedroom suites, side by side. Upon check-in, they had me booked in twice. Not sure how that happened, but I had to stand there for 20+ minutes so they could sort it out and to make sure my credit card wouldn't be charged for the additional booking. When I got... More
