Stayed there for 5 nights in April, hotel was close to everything. Room was clean and tidy, bed comfortable. Staff were always helpful. Had a few issues connecting to wifi but again staff assisted. On my last day learned that there is free wifi in the village which would have helped. When I reserched this hotel there were several comments... More

I was fined for noise disturbance at night. There was no prior warning given to me even though the room was booked under my name. When the night staff knocked on my door and asked for me by name I came out the room. Upon leaving the room the night manager appeared terrified. I backed away thinking he was intimidated... More

I regularly visit Whistler but this was my fist time staying at the Blackcomb Lodge. We had one noise complaint while we were there and being in our 40s we completely understand so apologized and made sure we were quiet for the rest of the weekend. When we got home we saw an additional charge of $250 on our credit... More

I was staying at this lodge for a whole week. I was splitting one of the two levelled suits with a girl friend, and we were grateful that after a long day of shredding we were able to rely on the comfortable (but small) beds, for a goodnights sleep. As for the kitchen, the knives were dull, and the soap... More

Great customer service by Dave Mitchell. He gave me his card, last time I was there. I forgot to put the parking pass on my car and got towed.....My fault, not the lodge. Dave was kind enough to have one of his staff drive me to the towing co. Talk about customer service! I called Dave up again and he... More

great location within the village, but very poor in terms of facilities and service. Travelling with 3 kids is always difficult for travellers and accommodation providers, but this was not great. The staff are friendly but .... We had to request clean sheets for the sofa bed upon arrival (they hadn't been changed since the last guests), and it took... More

Great location, great value, clean and comfortable room, courteous service. I definitely recommend this property when looking for a place in the village. Ski storage and market and liquor store outside the front steps.

Well the staff was very mixed between extremely nice staff to people that made you feel annoying... Going to whistler cost over 5000 and the second morning a jack hammer started under our room at 6:30 am... took them several hours to switch us rooms and still we could hear it.. their reply was i'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you for providing us with this feedback about your stay at The Blackcomb Lodge. i am terribly sorry to hear about the negative impact the renovations currently occurring in the commercial area of the building had on your stay. Despite alot of negative reviews regarding staff and/or noise, etc., we did not experience any of that. Great location, as mentioned. Toilet needed work (evidenced by the plunger next to it - which we had to use within the hour), closet doors didn't move smoothly, no ice bucket in the room, although specified a king bed, was two singles upon... Thank you for your feedback about your stay here at The Blackcomb Lodge. I am pleased to hear that the positive aspects of your stay were able to outweigh your experience on check out day. The 10am check out time is definitely earlier than you'd find in most metropolitan hotels but check out times tend to be earlier throughout the... More

We were excited to have a studio suite that overlooked the action in Whistler Village. Each afternoon we sat on our balcony, sipping some of Canada's finest beers and enjoyed people watching at it's finest! A quick walk downstairs took us to a yummy restaurant called Araxi, which was super fun for happy hour - great oysters! The stdio is... More
