My wife and I just returned from our second trip to whistler in May and stayed here for two nights. We arrived early and were able to have an early check in and also were able to pay for an upgrade to top floor (mistake). The elevators for the east wing were extremely slow (only 4 floors) the hallways do... More

What a great place to stay, so convenient to the village and whistler surrounds The staff here can't do enough for you! Would stay here again without question Rooms are large and beds are so comfy. A range of different pillows is nice too

Spent four nights at the AAVA Whistler Hotel. Just walk down the driveway and up the paved path across the street and you are in the heart of Whistler Village (shopping, bars, restaurants, grocery store and a BC Liquor Store). Nice comfortable rooms.... Not fancy but very functional. The room has a fridge and a Keurig coffee maker. The parking... More

I loved everything about the hotel. It's a great location, walking distance away from the lift and all the shops and restaurants. Stylish and comfortable rooms with all the essentials. An free outdoor hot tub + sauna, the best thing to do after a day in the slopes. Awesome super friendly staff! We asked for a microwave oven and a... More

Just across the street from the village, near the liquor store and grocery store - can't get much better than that. Typical hotel rooms, nothing special but everything is clean and in working order. Small pool and hot tub - again nothing special but in good condition. Underground parking. Very friendly staff.

Stayed there for 3 nights as a chaperone for a school trip. Was an ok place. Nothing too special and nothing bad. They don't have a restaurant so that would be a pain for some. Room was clean and comfortable. I found that when there was noise in the hall I could hear every word. Bathroom was good. My only... More

Comfortable beds, large room, good size TV, very small bathroom especially for two joining early morning pickups. Stayed 2 nights. No breakfast on site. Breakfast was provided by building opposite hotel. Breakfast just ok. Cold plates for Luke warm breakfast. Coffee awful. Noise transfer between rooms and corridor. Hotel location - perfect. Centre to virtually everywhere in Whistler. Float plane... More

Hotel is in a great location, just outside of the village so nice and quiet but only a couple of minutes walk to the bottom of the slopes. We stayed in a deluxe room. Bathroom is tiny, room is large however needs a bit of a makeover. Had a great gym, pool and hot tub! Your standard 3 1/2 star... More

Very sweet n welcoming staff :) so happy we bought this hotels room than the other name brands which were high on $ n not as comforting as this one! Aava Hotel Whistler When we made it to Aava, I was so relieved because of the long, windy hour and a half ride from Vancouver. A lady with an accent who worked at the front desk service wasn't very friendly, especially after we went to our room and found out that it smelled like a men's locker room and asked... More
