Hotel is in a great location, just outside of the village so nice and quiet but only a couple of minutes walk to the bottom of the slopes. We stayed in a deluxe room. Bathroom is tiny, room is large however needs a bit of a makeover. Had a great gym, pool and hot tub! Your standard 3 1/2 star... More

Beautiful room with a lot of character! Stayed here for 2 nights amidst luxury. Very sweet n welcoming staff :) so happy we bought this hotels room than the other name brands which were high on $ n not as comforting as this one! The GM was very warm too :) P.S. they have Aveda supply..my favourite toiletries supply!

Aava Hotel Whistler When we made it to Aava, I was so relieved because of the long, windy hour and a half ride from Vancouver. A lady with an accent who worked at the front desk service wasn't very friendly, especially after we went to our room and found out that it smelled like a men's locker room and asked... More

My wife and I went to Whistler, because that was the only place close to us that had some semblance of snow. We really enjoyed the Aava Whistler Hotel. The staff there is very courteous and helpful. The receptionist that checked us in helped save us some money, and the complementary overnight boot and glove drying was a great added... More

We booked three nights here, but left after two. There is no sound insulation between walls or floors. On the second night there was loud music and voices between 2:30 am and 5:30 am coming from a nearby room. The guy at the front desk was nice, but said he couldn't do anything as they were "VIP" guests of the... More

Dear Jake, Please accept our sincere apologies for the disturbance you experienced during your stay with us. Whistler Ski and Snowboard Festival is currently on in town as I am sure you are aware. During this time we do experience a high volume of guests in the hotel. This weekend in particular we had a number of large groups in... More

We stayed here 4 nights on our ski trip to Whistler, Good location but its not as close to the Gondola as they say it is. By the third day it seemed a mile away, walking in ski boots and carrying ski equipment. Decent sized room, really liked the refrig. and the Keurig coffee machine. The walls are thin but... More

This hotel was perfect for us. It is located very near to Whistler Village, was a good price, was clean, comfortable and warm. We had breakfast in the hotel on the first day and it was ok as it was convenient for us so we could get to the slopes quickly, but we had a better breakfast elsewhere the next... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in January 2015. We were pleasantly surprised. It was a last minute booking and the price was right. It's not directly in the village but just a 3-5 minute walk to the edge of the village center. It's about as close to the village without being IN the heart of the village. As far... More

Overall, the hotel is decent and I'd probably stay here again if I couldn't find a cheaper option elsewhere. The hotel itself is just outside the main village but still extremely close to everything you need or want. It's actually good to be a little bit farther in my opinion as you don't have to listen to all the drunk... More
