Great spot for our first day in Whistler. Little walk to the lifts/gondola but great location close to restaurants, shops etc. Staff friendly and helpful. Room nice and spacious with kitchenette, laundry facilities, decent bathroom, air con and storage. Shame gym opens at 10am. But good facilities. Also ski rental shop by reception which made it easy for us. Thankyou

I have stayed in the village many many times, but never at his property prior to my last visit. While not posh by any means, Cascade Lodge is low key, warm and comfortable. Also, not being on the Village Stroll, it's really quiet. My son and I opted for a two bedroom place. It could have accommodated another single person,... More

We got here around 6 pm yesterday via greyhound. Not a very long walk at all from the bus stop at whistler creek village. About 1 whole block. Got checked in. Got the room I requested in the morning. Thank you to that clerk! I requested a poolside room with a view high up on the 5th floor with a... More

Stayed for a weekend out skiing. Great location, we walked the whole time and never needed to ride the bus. WIFI is included but NOT parking which is a little expensive. Room size was decent with a half way decent kitchen!

Ideal place for a family. We loved the pool size. and being within walking distance to the children's playground and the village. Only drawback was having to pay for Wi Fi as most accommodations include it.

Glad you enjoyed your stay with us. On your next visit if there is anything that is bothers you during your stay please see the front desk and I am sure we can find a solution. Specifically in regards to internet the staff at the resort do not have control over the WIFI system we are using but they can... More

Recently stayed at cascade lodge for four nights. The rooms were excellent and good value for money. We had the studio room which included a little kitchen with dishwasher. The location is perfect and a short walk across the road to the main part of whistler. My only negative about this hotel is the fact the gym only opens from... More

Stayed for 4 nights in September while attending a convention. Probably the best value for dollar in the Village. Just across the street from the conference centre, close enough to the main pedestrian walk on Village North to be convenient, but far enough away to avoid the noise when the bars close. A nicely laid out, clean room with a... More

The rooms were great; kitchen very well equipped and everything in great condition. Was really impressed with all the utensils etc- made cooking extremely easy. The pool and hot tubs were great; heated and well kept. Staff were really helpful and knowledgable, and the location is perfect- just 2 mins walks from the centre- but far enough away for some... Stayed here for 3 night in August. What a great location - just steps from Whistler Village. We did opt out of paying the $18 / day for parking and just parked in Lot 4 that was free - parked our vehicle and didn't touch it the whole time we were there because we could walk or bike to everything... Things to know: - Not a traditional hotel...this is more of a short term/time share rental. - Parking isn't free in Whistler - Period. - If you like being pampered, this is not your hotel. What I experienced: - Friendly and helpful front desk staff, who accommodated a request for a different room at check in. (based on other reviews,... More
