The hotel is nice. Has a pool, hot tubs. But if you like a nice exercise room, don't get your hopes up. They have an all-in-one machine but it is very limited. There is also a treadmill which is OUT OF ORDER. Probably has been for months. No dumbells. So that's it. Very limited. The window in the bedroom has... More

This is a very convenient location to the village. You can get just about everywhere you need in a 10 min walk. We had a 1 BR suite and it was nice to have a separate room from the kids who slept on a decent sofa bed. TV in living room was great but the best too one could use... More

I've spent many weekends in whistler before with the family however this past weekend was the first at the cascade lodge. We stayed 3 nights in the 2 bedroom suite and was impressed with the lodge. As far as a hotel goes, there was no Restraunt at the hotel, however the kitchen in the room was just large enough to... More

We spend three nights at the Cascade Lodge. It's interesting how experiences at the same location can vary so much. As Worldmark owners, we don't have the daily housekeeping service so can't comment on that, only to say that our unit was clean and ready when we checked in. The staff was helpful when we needed it, but for the... More

We are a retired couple and arrived in Whistler the Saturday of the May long weekend. The hotel and resort was packed with "party people". From articles in the local paper, this is a problem they are trying to change by starting a more Family Focused Festival. We enjoyed walking around the resort seeing the festivities and avoided the pool... More

We stayed over the May long weekend. On the plus side, the room was clean and well set up. Location is good, within easy walking distance to IGA, Starbucks, 7/11. Staff were helpful when asked, but certainly did not go out of their way to welcome guests. A few concerns... One of the two elevators were out of order all... More

Hello, Thank you for your comments. I apologize we were having some troubles with the elevators this particular weekend which have now been rectified. I apologize that your sofa bed concerns were not address in a manner you found acceptable. We have in the past supplied a pad to put over the top or a second mattress to those who... More

We booked a trip to Cascade Lodge for my birthday. We had a huge party so we booked a few different rooms. Right of the bat they judged us as bad guests because we were a large party (13 People). On, one of the mornings the housekeeping manager just walks in with her key and states that she is here... More

Upon arriving we were checked in efficiently. Parking is a bit pricey, but that is to be expected in Whistler. The location was great, grocery store and all shops within a couple minutes walking distance. Loved having the kitchenette, and our view of the mountains was wonderful. Didn't have a chance to use the pool or hot tubs (outside) but... More

Nice hotel close to the main street and to the lifts. Staff is helpful and friendly. We stayed at studio, which was pretty small considering there was a bed and a kitchenette. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Bed could be king size. Everything clean and well maintained. Street view from our room wasn't ideal, however we didn't spend too much time... More
