We have been members of 20 year old Club Intrawest Whistler since 1996, and we are always so very happy to return "home". It is particularly nice to be greeted with a friendly "Welcome Back" upon check-in. Thanks for that. Throughout our week at Club Intrawest, Jock, Michael and Courtney, in particular, provided us with excellent service. They are to... More

We traded our timeshare for a week of skiing during our kids spring break. Although our property is of a higher caliber, it helps to understand timesharing in general to appreciate what a place like this has to offer. Expectations should be different for a condo style vacation rather than a hotel and the Intrawest is a nice balance between... More

The studios are very small, if possible take a 1 or 2 bed apartment. We were by the stairs so first thing and most of the afternoon it sounded like a heard of elephants going up and down, as they allow ski boots in the apartments. The room was clean and comfortable, but they are not serviced unless you are... More

Great location for a family ski vacation. 3 minute walk to the Blackcomb base lifts in ski boots from the ski locker room. 10 minute walk to lower village for restaurants and supermarket or you can take the free bus. Rooms are comfortable, a little on the smaller side for a condo. Two BR is supposed to sleep 6, but... More

We had a fabulous time skiing in Whistler. The Intrawest has the most amazing staff and the location could not be better - literally a 2 minute walk from the Blackcomb ski base. Overall the units are comfortable and really good to use as a base for skiing, but they are not luxurious; some of the furniture and furnishings etc.... More

We stay at Club Intrawest every 2 years to ski Whistler. The club has many choices of units but for a couple the one bedroom appt is perfect and the same price as a hotel room at other properties. You have a lounge for extra room ( with a queen sofa if you need it) a spa bath in the... More

Nicely located just a free, five minute bus ride from the Whistler gondola. The room was a two bedroom suite and provided ample space for five of us. Amenities were good and you could walk or take the bus to many different eating spots. Staff were available and courteous and outdoor hot tubs were great in the snow!

I've been to this hotel at least twice a year for as long as I can remember. Not once did I have a problem. Great amenities, friendly staff, cool events. Sometimes, in the winter, I've seen them offer free warm apple cider. Delicious! And they even have their own grocery store, which came in handy when we forgot to get... More

In typical Intrawest style, this one is great for the family. A very good and solid resort in the Upper Village. Location is good too within walking distance to Blackcomb gondola and the path into the lower/main village. As a whole, the upper village is a little more exclusive/luxury in accommodations and more quiet.

The property (given a ski resort) seemed a little tired. Bed was very average the pillows where horrible. The jet bath didnt work and was not cleaned very well. (a few hairballs). Don't plan a day watching NFL Sundays as they have a poor selection of tv channels. Room was very spacious and very cozy. Nice fireplace big deck. Reception... More
