Nice clean basic room, however I was pleased that we had only booked to stay here for 3 nights. The location is good, if you have a car it is only a short drive to Whistler Village. My biggest issue with this hostel is their lack of respect and courtesy for all of their guests not just the rowdy partying... More

This place has everything basic if not fancy( that's what we needed!), nice location, elevator, kitchen, clean rooms, enough parking, free wi-fi and a cordial staff. We loved our stay over there and would love to visit this place again.

I have stayed in a lot of hostels in my time but none as nice as this one. It was built for the athletes during the winter games so it feels far more like a high class hotel than a hostel. It still maintains a good social side too though with a spacious common room where you can shoot some... More

We found the staff to be very friendly, which is just about the only saving grace of Hi-Whistler (apart from the view, which is spectacular)! Firstly, they need to deal with a booking issue by which you are tricked into confirming a booking at a set price to only find out on arrival that the quoted price includes the discount... More

I stayed at HI Whistler with my family for 2 nights, and we booked a private dorm: 2 bunk beds and en suite washroom. it was clean and comfortable and we had enough room to open all our big luggages. There's a big kitchen and a nice dining room, with a nice view, an elevator, and a laundry with washing... More

The HI-Whistler hostel is very modern and it's a newer hostel. It is very clean and the staff is friendly. There is a big balcony, patio, they have a TV room, a pool table and many more things. Although it is a little bit far away (15-20min by bus) from Whistler I can really recommend it.

We expected a normal hostel but it's more like a hotel. We took a private room and everything looked very clean, they even have two towels, shampoo and a bar of soap per person! The cafe is reasonably priced and has a there's quite a lot of different choices. All in all we would come back here if we were... More

Our two day stay with 2 teenagers was a blast. Huge living area and nice kitchen with lots of fridge and storage space and modern appliances. Breakfast on the balcony, huge TV, laundry, iron. The place is full of very modern design everywhere: shelves, elevators, pictures on the wall, bunk beds, common rooms. Absolutely amazing friendly and helpful staff. Only... More

Great clean hostel. This is the first time I have seen a HI-hostel this great! The hostel was great, clean and new (build for the Olympics in 2010). Unfortunately the hostel is almost a 20 min bus ride from Whistler itself. Buses start early and end late so dont worry about being able to get back in time, you will... More

This is a fantastic place to stay. It's clean, modern and is like staying in a hotel! There are tons of facilities (including a large clean kitchen) and the staff are helpful too. Please bear in mind that it's not in the main Whistler resorts, so you will have a 5 minute drive to get to them, or alternatively there... More
