This was our second visit to the Edgewater Restaurant and it was just as we remembered. The evening view of the lake and surrounding area is stunning. The peacefulness of the area away from all the busyness of the village is amazing. Service and food were amazing as well. We will definitely be back

Well this is a perfect place to stay for a night or two. Right on the water, fablus views, delig htful restaurant and great breakfast on the deck. We took kayaks from the lake down the river of golden dreams which ended right next to the lodge. Really memorable.

Great setting with the lake and mountains in the backdrop. Individual patios are very nice - you can go out and enjoy the view while sipping wine, On-site restaurant is excellent for dinner- our salmon was delicious and presentation was first-rate. Also a very nice setting for breakfast which is included. They had a good selection. .Rooms are not luxurious... More

Paid our first visit the restaurant at the Edgewater Lodge for dinner. Lovely setting by the lake. Relaxed atmosphere - nice change of pace away from the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village. Staff were great and the food was delicious. Totally more than we were expecting! If you are staying in Whistler, it's well worth the 10 minute drink... More

We recently spent the weekend here for a wedding and I was very happy with the spacious accommodations, the beautiful lakeside view, friendly staff and delicious wedding food. The bed was very comfortable which is always important to us and we enjoyed having a small fridge too. They need to upgrade their TV's as ours barely worked but other than... More

We were so happy to come back to Edgewater after so many years. The same wonderful staff. The same wonderful view and the evening dining just knocked our socks off. (Good thing our room was close by!). The Edgewater doesn't pretend to be anything other than what it is. An under the radar, under stated, cool place with nice music,... More

Pros: - beautiful setting by the lake and in the woods - warm rooms (temperature can be set by guests in room) which is important in winter - very hot water available - good sized room - extremely comfortable bed - bay window with beautiful view - towels replaced daily - hot tub is available for use in winter, and... This has been our fifth trip to Whistler, and we always eat at some of the better restaurants around. We dined at the Edgewater at the suggestion of some friends, and after reading some of the TripAdvisor reviews, I was a little cautious. But I have to say it was great - definitely one of the better meals we've had... More

This lodge is located in a very beautiful, quiet and peaceful area. The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and welcoming! The only issue we had was with the shower and the tea kettle In the trumpeter swan room. The shower head sprays out water in a sort of a powerful, mist fashion and therefore did not... More

I have skied all around the world and there is nothing better summer or winter waking up in the morning and looking out at the lake. This is one of the prettiest spots in all of Whistler with views up and down the valley including the Wedge, Blackcomb and Whistler Mtn. The staff are there time after time and the... More
