We went to Whistler not knowing what to expect. It was fabulous. The kids went to ski school as they have not even seen snow before. Was a brilliant week for them. We chilled in the village which was every bit the part of a ski village. Seriously there is no question on to come here. The hotel is the... More

stayed there last January for a ski trip. great location on Whistler side near the gondola. A little overpriced but again what else can you expect in Whistler? I strongly not recommend to drive to Whistler if you're a tourist flying to Vancouver. take the bus/ train and enjoy the scenic ride.

An impromptu decision found us heading to Whistler for an overnight stay. Hotel is well kept and with cozy beds, quiet rooms it was a ok price for 1 night. We used the indoor hot tub as the outdoor pool is under renovation; set to reopen in July 2012. Check in and out was convenient. Might be an idea to... More

Our room was nice, clean, spacious and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. All in all, it was a great base for skiing and also for being in the middle of Whistler village. We didn't try out the restaurant but we did find that the bar was very busy, mostly filled with people who were not hotel guests who... More

I stayed here while at a conference last year. I was traveling alone, but felt very comfortable at the hotel, given that the staff were so friendly. The conference facilities and services were outstanding. Location can't be beat; you walk out the back door right into the village. The room itself was great. The kitchenette was very handy.

My husband and I have stayed at quite a few Hilton hotels and i honestly don't have much to rave about this hotel. The room was outdated (except for the sink in the bathroom), the hotel service was average and it was not a quite getaway. I could hear the noise from street level, the refrigerator and the walls were... More

Hotel is excellent mainly because it is located at the foot of the Whistler gondala, the Blackcomb gondala and the Wizard express. There are cheery fires in the lounge rooms and in the restaurant, where the waitresses are most solicitous about ones comfort. The runs at Blackcomb stay open till May 28 (after the Whister runs have closed on April... More

I really feel the hotel is on a decline from our previous stays. Firstly the AC units in the rooms make a terrible noise making it impossible to sleep at night with the AC unit left on. If you turn off then room becomes too cold! The Pool/hot tub could do with a face lift. The buffet breakfast has really... More

Staying at the Hilton made our skiing holiday. You cannot beat the location or ski hire set-up, you walk through the lobby to Summit pick up your skis and walk 25 metres to the Whistler gondola. Summit staff are brilliant! They rush to help you with your skis/snowboard every afternoon and store them for the night. You change back into... More

I am delighted you were able to “read between the lines” and chose to stay with us during your recent visit. I especially value your insights as you had an opportunity to stay in both the North and South Tower rooms. Thank you for high lighting the points you did as many of our guests share the same perspective. I... More

My husband and I booked a romantic overnight stay at the Hilton last weekend. The location was very convenient, right on the edge of the village - if you go out the back door you are in the village at the base of the Blackcomb Gondola, and right in the middle of the action. The hotel has underground parking, which... More
